Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

My husband and I have been getting our couple massages at this location for years. Firstly, Veronica and Froilan have been amazing masseurs. Reception was usually fantastic too. Unfortunately, male receptionist charged us an upgrade fee we didn't request or were informed about. Last time we went, there was a man at reception instead. Due to Friday traffic, we got there right at 5:15; our appointment was at 5:15. Male receptionist sat us down and had us verify our information. Nothing changed from our last visit but he had us fill out forms. It seemed fair enough, so we went with it. Now I'm looking at my receipts from that day and he charged us an upgrade to extend 10 minutes". Didn't tell us this during check-out or before we went in for our massages. I hope he feels an extra $30 on that day is worth the $240+ visits we bring in when we come in."

Froi was amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I look forward to booking with them again soon!

I got a massage on Feb 12th just right before my Birthday. Veronica was really good, she was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely would hear out your concerns. However, I wanted to have a relaxing massage after a long time post-covid, but unfortunately there was an echo and loud noises from the other room and non stop talking. It was supposed to be a quiet zone" and apparently that is not the case. I wish this wasn't the case!"

Not very happy.The product(oil)oil they used was horrible….Massages centers should have different type of products.Not everyone is tolerant to cheap oil on the skin.

Went in for my first ever facial and had a wonderful experience. I had Margarita as an aesthetician and she was so pleasant to work with. Helped me to establish problematic areas of my skin. Made suggestions on future services and products to use and was a great conversationalist. The reception staff is also very knowledgeable and welcoming. Will definitely recommend to friends and return in the future.

Great service , but they were fixing the roof , so the noise was so disturbing ! This massage experiences should be in a nice clean and quiet environment, but I guess this wasn’t the case. Should have given an extra massage coupon/ gift card to make the customer happy as the experience wasn’t the greatest

First time at Hand & Stone. Had an amazing massage with Irena, she was very professional and friendly seemed to know her stuff. Overall the room was very clean and spacious very good aura and ambience. The washroom was also very clean. I also noticed that the counter was being cleaned after every customer. I would strongly recommend this place. Just don't understand the member and non-member pricing.

Jason is outstanding with his knowledge & his craft. Best massage ever. I promise to do the exercises Jason provided for me - he is all about whole Body fitness which is amazing

I was thoroughly impressed by the massage I received from Froilan. It was so good I actually didn't want it to end! That's saying a lot since I usually get a little antsy by the end of a session. The space is beautiful and clean, the music is relaxing and everyone working there are very nice. I had been going to a higher end" spa in Oakville for 11 years but I am now a Hand & Stone convert."
