I bought lumina condo on 2019. Thind properties is the worst developer I have ever seen. There were tons of deficiency I don't want to repeat. But last knight my unit curtains were falling down, and there are more will falling down you can see on the second picture. Their deficiency team said that warranty has been expired they wont fix it. Great! Nice excuse. It is obviously quality issues. Just do not buy Thind Properties Condo. Too bad for such a good location.

Amazing building and staff. Good location, good for investment. Good investment packages too for their loyal past clients. Price per sq ft very competitive.

I've dealt with Thind Properties numerous times and always had great experience.My clients bought and lived in a few different complexes built by Thind and in most cases they were happy with the quality of materials, labour and designs.

I lived in a brand new apartment built by Thind (Lumina Starling) for 1.5 years, and I was thankful I was just a renter and left there after that period.They ignore residents’ emails, never take responsibility for their mistakes—they are always blaming someone else or simply say there isn’t any problem, when clearly there is. Our unit had a lot of engineering problems. For instance, the vent switch for the second bathroom was inside the second room, the entrance closet size had to be cut in half from the original floor plan.Within 1 year the air conditioning stopped working for an entire building, we had absolutely no updates from them for two months, not to mention that was entire June and July with numerous heat waves.My advice, for those buying, stay away from them. For those renting, only do it if you have no other choice.-Adding an extra note 9 months after my review above. Looks like the Lumina Starling and Waterfall will have to undergo major structural changes in 10-12 years due to a number of deficiencies, which will certainly affect most residents.This is according to a friend’s real estate brokerage.

I bought the lumina starling , and had a walkthrough last month. There are numerous deficiencies in my unit. Firstly , the guy who do the orientation bring us to a wrong unit that wasn’t the one I purchased and he even swear to his colleagues over the phone (in front of us ) to ask for the location of my unit which give me a bad impression of this developer. There is a big hole of on ceiling beside the kitchen range hood; the all of kitchen island cabinet doors were not aligned, after I open one drawer out , it is off the track , so I cannot even close the drawer .The balcony door handle in the living room is broken. I can see the material and craftsmanship is very cheap. I feel very regret to purchase my unit from THIND properties , and I don’t recommenced them at all :(

Never completed the deficiencies in my unit at lumina and saying the warranty expired. Even all the deficiencies are documented. Avoid Thind when buying properties
