While on a tour of the Gaspe I had a flat tire near Pointe a la Garde. I normally fix my own, but my air pump was pooched. I called Sportmax and asked if they could fix a flat. They said sure, if I could bring in the wheel, they would be able to help me out. After taking off the wheel I was lucky enough to get picked up by the Surete du Quebec who gave me, and my wheel, a lift to Sportmax. I walked into the shop, gave Jeremy my wheel and my spare tube and within a half hour I was good to go. I asked about getting a taxi back to my bike but Jeremy said he'd give me a lift! What amazing service! I was on my way in a few minutes and the day was saved, Thanks Jeremy, Bobby and Sportmax.

My girlfriend is on an all girls road trip from Ontario to Quebec and New Brunswick. She rides an 09 Vstar 950 Tourer. She broke her throttle cable and had to be towed. Found this dealer online and had it towed in on Sunday. As they unloaded the bike the Owner arrived. She was staying 15 mins away and he said he would look after it and call her in the morning. He called at 9am and said the parts are back ordered. This would have ruined her trip. He took the cable off his Own Bike to get her going again by 9:30am. I don't know any names of the people at this place but I want to thank you for looking out for Elaine and saving her trip. This guy went above and beyond for someone he may never see again. Pretty rare. I felt helpless being here in Ontario with her broke down in Quebec until she found your Dealership. If I could give 10 stars I would. Next time I pass through Quebec I will stop in a shake your hand. Top Notch service. Thank you again.
