Out visit back in about 20. Years still the best won ton soup and all the food was awesome everything looks the same great service great food. They are busy for a reason none stop phone calls and pick up great job to you all. Thank you and all the best in the new year ✌️ ♥️

Under new and stingier ownership. No new upgrades or renovations were made to brand/logo, interior design, or furniture etc. Service is not as friendly and inviting as when the business was first established and the wait times for order now has increased so this is not a go-to place if you’re starving/hangry. While most recipes and dishes have remained the same, a handful items are no longer available that I really miss…

We have been loyal customers for many, many years. The food has always remained the same.Excellent tasting and value.I love their wonton soup, and the sweet and sour pork is pretty darn good aswell.I have never eaten here and had a bad experience.Keep up the great work.And, thank you for all the years of excellent food and service.

So I have been order from Hung chow and Never had an issues. But today I ordered food. It took 1hour and 48 minutes to be delivered. Normally it’s like 45 minutes. My food was Luke warm so I had to warm it up in the microwave. I couldn’t send it back because I have kids to feed and they have already waited so long for food. I then noticed that one of my dishes was completely wrong. So I called them to rectify the situation. Then man on the phone then told me I would have to pay extra for the dish I had actually ordered. I said to them, this is their fault for getting the wrong order and the man laughed at me on the phone and told me their was nothing he could do.I’m writing this review because of the fact he laughed at me on the phone and tried to make me pay extra for right dish I ordered and they refused to rectify the mistake they made, when I order from them always and always spend over $100.

There are two people that work there and they still leave the dish on the table after people leave. When I left, there was four tables of dirty dishes, and both people were on there computers, too busy to clean up the tables. Lucky there foods good

First time here, close to my house and got the combo for 1 (2 items + fried rice) for 13.65 tax in and it was a rip off and below average quality. As soon as I got my bag, I immediately noticed how light it was for 2 Entree’s plus rice. When I got home and opened the styrofoam container, I was disappointed. I got no more than 6 tiny, shriveled pieces of ginger beef and 6 dinky, stale pieces of chicken ball and soggy “fried” rice with a couple niblets of chicken... I love my Chinese food and this location is just meters away, however I will go the distance to get more quality and proper portions for what you’d pay for. Look at the pic and tell me you’d pay 13.65$Never again.

Chinese food holds a special place in my heart so maybe I have a high standard.The food tasted OK chicken balls supposed to have sweet-and-sour sauce. It was like plum sauce or something ginger beef sauce was OK no onions or carrots or anything worst thing was the food was room temperature it was probably Buffay style sitting on the counter. I don’t know why they say 30 minutes to pick it up. I’m sure dining would be a better experience.
