Brought my PC here when I needed it repaired. It was quite a mess, and needed a new power supply unit. They did some great cable management, and the service was fast, they stayed late to work on it, and communicated with me the whole way.

Went in to get my screen replaced on my iPhone. Did it really fast which was good.I have replaced my screen before with a different company in Steinbach and they had the same price. But when I did it with Ebytes it wasn’t good. The quality of the screen is horrible, can barely register all of your touches. It’s super slow and glitchy. My Face ID doesn’t work when it worked with the other company. And overall super disappointed with the quality of screen even though I payed the same amount as Cell Mechanics in Steinbach. Wouldn’t recommend.

Went in to have my pc repaired and intead they plugged my cpu fan into system and set my 6 proccesser pc to one processer very poor display of buissness men ship

I paid $112 for them to change my speakers and its the same problem. Either they dont know what they replaced in my phone or they didnt do it

As a writer I need my laptop and when suddenly it stopped working I was panicked. I dropped it off on Friday and by Saturday shortly after close I had my laptop back. The two gentlemen I dealt with were great.This is not my first time dealing with eBytes. Only once have I not taken my business to them and I waited nearly 2 months before receiving CPU back..While I feel their pricing is a little high when I balance it out against convenience and fact that they had my laptop ready the next day I honestly cannot complain.I am electronic illiterate. I told gentleman helping me so. He helped me and when I came to store to pick up he helped with a mouse and all else. Talked to me about getting my bookmarks back.eBytes provides great customer service. A little pricey but the convenience and customer service makes it worth the expense. I will definitely return for future computer needs.

so very helpful i had an issue i was dealing with with my computer for almost a month but then my colleague told me to try this place which never crossed my mind because i try to find the solution myself but i gave in and was so glad i did it was such a simple fix for them there it made me laugh because i was so frustrated when i went in and came out smiling thank you

The CPU fan on my computer stopped working while I was on a tight schedule for a personal project. I stopped to see if eBytes had a compatible fan in stock, ideally a better one than the one that came with my computer. They did, and I opted to have them install it, since the new model required the motherboard to be removed for proper installation. The fix was ready later the same day. Thank you Andrew and Team.

I had an issues with my ps4, they were able to diagnose and resolve the issue. The price they charged forbthe service was very fair and I would definitely go back with future problems.

amazing staff they make you feel very comfortable even if you’re dumb like me with computers plus they made an effort to make it affordable for me and were extremely patient and gave me a free mouse pad what more could you ask for in a computer store bro? if i could give more then 5 stars i would!
