Wonderful service! Gas fireplace, A/C and furnace installed promptly and great after-sales service. Highly recommend!

Some years ago I had them install a whole house humidifier and a gas space heater in my garage. I moved 5 yrs ago and had them install another whole home humidifier. I just bought a Napolean Prestige gas grill from them. Graham and his daughter Lisa are always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The products and service they provide are always top notch. And to me, the most telling thing is that their employees truly seem to like working for Graham. I highly recommend Kawartha Clean Air to any and all who ask.

3 months ago contacted Kawartha clean air about our Napoleon BBQ and some rusted parts. The lady we spoke to stated they were not under warranty and replacement would be at our cost. We accepted and asked they be installed by the company and the BBQ cleaned at the same time. The lady stated she would order the parts and call us back. Two weeks later WE called to ask about an appointment and were told only one part had come in and the second was not in. We called several times more and were told they were busy with A/C installs etc. Today when we called the lady answering stated they were busy and doesn't know when they could get to us. BUT WE could come and get the parts and install them. We told her three times we were not able to install them and would prefer they installed them (at our cost of course)We even asked for a fall appointment.She just kept saying we can come pick up the parts. I hope the Napoleon company does not provide this poor service through all their affiliates

Good friendly staff, but had an issue with our remote control thermostat -faulty (kept locking up-fireplace would not shut off or sometimes even turn on. Had to manually turn on only when in the room). Still waiting for acknowledgment almost two weeks later

I Just wanted to say how professional and courteous their workers were! Always polite, always professional, with a little jokester mixed in!! I would hire them again, and again, and again!! They were so professional and so great to have around! If you need a new air conditioner or furnace, please, I highly recommend Kawartha Clean Air and Burning Sensations! You will not be disappointed!! Best crew we have ever had!!!!

Please don’t deal with this people they will stick you with a extra bill at the end of the job

The technicians with this company are very competent and polite. The situation when dealing with management was horrendous. After many phone calls and emails our situation was resolved. However our rating for this company is -1.

When you drive a company vehicle you should remember your actions reflect back on the company, therefore you should drive accordingly as this could reflect on wether people do business with the company you work for.

I booked a service call over a month ago, so it's not a week but 5 weeks to get the service done
