Have been working with Amanda Coulter and she was a great help in guiding me through the process and price and have been a exceptional with her knowledge in the Barrie area I recommend her highly and give her a 5 star rating. I was really upset at the company as to how they kept increasing my price and she help me immensely and convinced me to stay with them. How many times are you going to blame driver shortages and snow for delays? Don’t hear about this in other municipalities and very happy Barrie is moving on from a company that cannot fulfill their contract

This company has been over charging me for months. Went with another company that was more reasonable. They are terrible to work with and when asked for an explanation on why they had been over charging me had no explanation. Would only work with me on my charges after I had told them I wanted their bin removed and have went with a different company. Just glad to have stopped the bleeding of my company expenses to them. If your with them good luck.

Waste Connections has always serviced us quickly and efficiently at Action First Aid Inc. We recently asked for a rushed removal of our garbage as well as a re-service to come and flip the lids back onto the bin for us and they not only responded with efficiency and kindness but acted that way too. Thank you Waste Connections for always impressing us.

I recommend to never use their service. Its below below expectation. They are even not equivalent for 1 star.Personally, very very disgusted experience with business services.They have lots of extra hidden charge and never inform you when you start service with them. For the false transaction, they said they will give you credit but not refund you and not respond to your email and calls. As well, the manipulated in bin sizes too.

Be aware of contract!. They lock you in for 5 years and within that time they will try to increase your rate every 3-5 months. You have to provide a registered letter within 15 days of receiving your bill to avoid the rate increases. They will add additional charges to your account and not get back to you in the timely manner to explain the charges. I don't recommend this company. Not a company with good business ethics.

Amanda has the perfect personality for the job; she makes clients feel at ease and provides excellent customer care. She is very conscientious and works hard to meet customer expectations. We have stayed with Waste Connections because of her.

Waste Connections of Canada services our private street for garbage, cardboard and plastic recycling removal/disposal. They are supposed to pick up every two weeks, but they frequently fail to show up (without notice), and depending on conditions, we are often left with garbage blowing all over the street. Our last pickup was 3 weeks ago (they missed last week without notice) and sent a message yesterday that they would come today instead. To our distress, they came at 6:30pm and took only one small bag of garbage (we had 3) and one very small bag of recyclable plastic (we had 3). He failed to take the recycling box filled with cardboard (which was soaking because it rained all day and the lone collector showed up at 6:30pm), two bags of garbage and two bags of recyclable plastic. We had reasonable amount of garbage/recycling, and he left most of it.When I asked the collector to take the rest of our garbage, calmly pointing out that we had more garbage than usual because they haven't been here in 3 weeks, suffice it to say that he was unprofessional, indignant and yelled at me in a threatening manner. No skin off my back, and I understand that people have off days" but he could have at least taken my garbage after acting like such a jerk.I am going to speak with each of the homeowners on our street about changing to a more professional service. Waste Connections of Canada is unreliable and unfortunately the person they hired to service our street seems to hate their job and doesn't value their customers."
