Had an awesome time here today with my family! Zack was our server and he was a total home run! Magic tricks, flipping scripts, and collecting tips, Zack Attack is my main man!Chow was deadly, ambiance was key, this place is gold baby, gold!

It was my first tym here and to be very frank I heard about dis place too much for its pizzas but I went and order something else and to my luck it turned out Yummy and of great value for money.Staff was too generous and was very courteous in helping out in order or even with giving great new food advise and also about regina as I was new here

I am not a frequent customer of Boston Pizza, but the few times I have been here, I found that take out has been excellent.The time I have dined in has been the reason for the decreased rating. First of all, I like the options offered by the seating arrangement. Customers can choose privacy booths or open tables.The waiters who were working on our table were friendly and professional; however, the others who were not responsible for our table kept ignoring us when we wanted to get their attention. I am not sure if this has to do with waiters managing their own tables or not.Also there is a lot of lax in cleaning up messes, next to the table I was seated the floor was a mess, probably kids had recently been dining there but there was no urgency in cleaning the area. This would most definitely give off a bad impression on customers who are just walking in.On a positive note, compliments to the chef, the food was enjoyable.

I came here with my son and noticed they were super busy but yet the staff were super friendly and what we ordered was delicious. I'll definitely come back to this location again

Unpleasant experience. Ordered cactus cut potatoes for my kid and 80% of the food was raw. I have pictures to prove but no option to post them here. Really disappointed

We are in Regina weekly (Monday thru Friday) We have visited this location multiple times per week in the past 3 weeks. Usually decent service and food but after today we (4 to 6 workers ) will no longer give this restaurant our business. We arrived around 5:45pm for supper. Inquired about the soup of the day to find out they no longer had any available for the day. But we were told they still had French onion soup. The price difference between the two is $1.30 more for the French onion. We asked if they would honour the bowl of soup price with French onion since they were out of soup of the day. The waitress asked the manager to come to talk to us. He said he couldn’t reduce the price by $1.30 because of the different ingredients used. I have worked in customer service rolls previous and can not believe that our request was denied! Paid for our drinks and took our business elsewhere. Maybe some additional training of your management is required.

Had an amazing experience yesterday at Boston Pizza! Food was amazing and service was outstanding! Our server Zack did a great job in taking care of us while also showing my son a few magic tricks! We can tell that he wanted to give us the best experience and left us with a perfect first impression on this location. This was beyond our expectations and never thought that one restaurant can offer so much! Food, service, atmosphere 10/10. We’ll be back!
