Love this pool - it's more for kids than adults. It can get very busy on weekends so beware. They also have very affordable space/ event rooms for rent!

Great place to spend time with kids on a weekend. They are open for leisurely family swim and that too for free at the moment.

This recreation centre is great!! It has a cheery, welcoming atmosphere. It's all about courteous employees, cleanliness, great quality ice in the arena and a sunny-feeling pool, even when it's cold and dreary outside. If they had more leisure, drop-in activities, I'd never leave.

Staff is so RUDE all the time, not professional, unknowledgable and poorly trained! Also when you are entitled to a refund they will tell you its been processed but then a month will go by and still no refund.The staff refuse to give any helpful contact numbers to prevent you from talking to higher ups.Horrible service and would NOT recommend coming here.

Today is April 19, 2023. The customer service is awful and rude.I had registered my daughter for a swimming class. Today was a third session. Two previous sessions were with a supply trainer without any knowledge of swimming. First session I talked to the supervisor of swimming classes, he said next session the real trainer would come. In First session, the supply could not teach any. Second session, the real one didn’t come. The supply trainer didn’t have any knowledge about swimming, he didn’t know how should help a learner and hold shoulders not head in the water. Today I called the community to get the information about real trainer will be come or not. She told me she could not tell me about this and hung up on me. After that I called 5 or 6 times but she didn’t answer me. After that I called with my husband’s phone, she immediately replied. I canceled the class because the customer service was so rude. Their customer service is so weak and awful. I try to complain about her to the manager but she said the manager isn’t here. I hope the manager see my review.

2023 April 3★This community center has both a pool with a slide, a whirlpool tub, sauna, dual ice rinks, meeting rooms and a nearby tennis courts.Free recreational swimming is nice, though it does get busy. Capacity can be an issue during the summer and even holidays. You'd find that there's not enough space. It's recommended to stop by at other times.The water slide has two loops and is just off to the side of the pool. Next to it, life jackets for those in need.It would be nice if the showers had warm water rather than cold water with spurts of mildly warm water. Though it could be a good thing to keep people moving. Lockers are available. Bring your own lock.Free parking outside.

Pools are great to take your baby. Staff is friendly. Family change room can be improved with the smell of pee but overall great place to bring children.

Went for the first time and was really impressed by the pool and the kids play pool with some great little slides were perfect for my 3 y/o and her 4 y/o best friend to play in without worrying about them getting hurt. It was a Sunday evening and busy but the hours on this pool were the best on This side of town and all the staff incl lifeguards were friendly and welcoming, will be coming back for sure! The changeroom really wasn't my favourite because it was on the dirty side but I was happy their was lockers and its free so overall 5star experience!

I absolutely love this pool. I go here all the time with my friends. The changing rooms, showers, and bathrooms are all clean, and you get a locker for your things. All though, in order to get to the deep-end, you need to take a swim test. While taking a swim test, the life guards kept telling me I wasn't passing, even though I wasn't even touching the ground.. So I recommend staying in the shallow area, unless you are a professional swimmer. Other than that, this pool is nice.

The conversation pool and sauna are amazing. My kids enjoy the pool. We are looking forward to trying the slide when it's open one day.
