Older woman who works mornings is rude/miserable. It's been 3 times I have had to walk in to tell her to set the pump up! Unbelievably rude especially to english speaking clients.I will not go back

Employee Mohammed was very rude with me, would not give me a way to reach the manager. I had questions that he did not understand and wanted to inquire with a manager or owner but he wanted nothing to do with helping me out. I have bought my chatr phone cards there every month for years but he was insistent telling me that they never sold phone cards. Most unhelpful employee I have ever come across. I did not raise my voice or argue with him I just left and went elsewhere for my fuel and drinks/phone card.How are you going to tell me that you never sold chatr phone card/time when I still have the receipt from the last time 2 months ago.Plus give me attitude.

Went to purchase some ice bags. Wait time at the cash was so long and clerk entered the transaction 3 times before getting it right.Stopped again the next day for gas. They had us change pumps 2 times and were never able to get any pump to work. They had to reimburse us which was also incredibly long.Clerks were rude both timesDefinitely avoid!

Kids working there are always pleasant, however I’ve been trying to avoid it for a year now, always priced much higher than surrounding gas stations and smells like the sewers backed up in the store 100% of the time. I don’t know what's up with that but it’s really rough, hope it’s safe for the employees.

Gas way overpriced, annoying incessant beeping sounds, needlessly bright lights, they don’t bother to change the paper so didn’t get a receipt.

The clerk is extremely rude. I walked in friendly greeted her and she totally ignored me. Treated me from beginning to the end like an object. Took forever to do her own stuff before scanning my items, not a word of apology. I asked for some help swiping my card she just pointed and stare. not a single word from beginning to the end. Someone like this should not be working in the service industry.

Always seem to be the most expensive when it comes to gasoline prices... In addition, customer service was the rudest I've ever experienced. Will have a second thought to go back to purchase something.

Only went there to get the car washed and today my code was used by someone else. How does a code get misused?!? They accused me of using it already! So rude!Such a wait of time and money to go there.

the rating system doesn’t go as low as I would like it to goI’ve been living in Saint-Lazare since 2010 and always had problems at the stationI thought the renovations/updating would do it some good and the service would be great or at least better.I always pay at the pump because I despise going inside and guess what !!!The pay at the pump is problematic and forces me to go inside …….and thenguess what? No one at the counter….busy with something else. When they come to the counter I feel that I am bothering them….I have said enough…terrible and awful service …I will take my $15,000 a year of fuel purchases somewhere else.0.0001 STAR RATING

This place is always the first to jack up their price when there's a hike, and they are always a minimum of 5 cents, usually more like 10, higher than the Ultramar down the street. You can get premium at Ultramar for what it costs for regular here.
