A real Gem to have this business part of Winnipeg. Great confections. Leave my Russian mints alone. Seriously you are all eating to many and causing shortages for me;⁠)

Great products, but after making a phone - in order and paying by credit card for a split box of assorted chocolates and Russian mints on Dec 14 to be a holiday gift, I picked up a nicely gift wrapped box on Dec 15. (No indication of contents on the wrapper, and all I had to do was state my name upon pickup)Gift was opened Dec 15 to discover it was mixed nuts and chocolates. The business was closed until Jan 8 and thus wasn’t taking calls or responding to messages. As the package hadn’t yet been opened, I visited again on Jan 12 with it and discussed this with front-of-house staff. FOH staff had the manager come out. I had no receipt as none was issued, but was willing to proved a credit card statement as proof of purchase for reimbursement. The manager would have none of it and refused a refund unless I provided the non-existent receipt.Be wary of purchasing here without insisting a receipt is provided if you elect to purchase something from this establishment.

Clean and friendly. Live the vibe in this place and their products are always fresh. My go to is the mixed juts and the Russian mints.

They variety of chocolates, peanuts, cashews and many more. Good place to buy pasalubong" or souvenirs or giveaways to your relatives and friends."

In case you didn't know, they do chocolate dipping parties. A minimum of 15 people for either $15 or $25 a person, child or adult party but they said that it depends on how much you want to be able to do. I did the $25 one and there was so much to do and we made truffles. The owner came in with a couple of employees to give a quick lesson in the back and talk about making ganache and everything. The place was set up so nicely for the party. Very friendly people, completely recommend if you want to do something different for a party.

I love this chocolate shop. Nuts are fresh, and containers are full, ready for purchase. Chocolate are made up in boxes or you can have servers to box your favourites. I come here for my orange chocolates. Specialty are also available though call ahead if it's close to the holidays as they maybe sold out. They have special children's treats. It wouldn't be Christmas without a visit to this wonderful shop.

I tried a variety of chocolates from their fresh displays and every single one I tried was amazing. I highly recommend if you're looking for a special treat or gift.

Heard over the last few years that Mordens has great chocolate. Since moving to Manitoba someone who grew up here always mentions their Russian mints at Christmas. Decided to buy a box at Sobeys to give them a try because again, heard about the Russian mints this holiday season. The assortment cost $25 but tasted like cheap, STALE $8 chocolates. No thanks.

I never had a chocolate addiction until I tried Mordens mint chocolates. Now we buy all of chocolate there, for all occasions. Best Chocolate Store Ever.
