The apt and manager is so nice.One of the receptionist elderly women is always so rude.I felt very uncomfortable when I talked to her.She is kind of a person who doesn’t want to work at all.

Me and my wife has applied for the 2bedroom suite from last 2 months and still waiting to hear. We can see almost at all Dawson Properties that “suites are available” . So we checked in the office and asked about the what’s the status of our application and the lady at receptionist was so rude and said “the label of suites available is old has to change and no suites available until October or late winter”I asked to see can you tell how long will take for an application applied 2 months ago and do they give priority to the first come first serve service? … she just horribly ignored my request and we left clueless…HARSHLY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

Good management - they will try to solve your issue ASAP.The office moved to 475 Memorial Avenue several years ago.Some apartments include hydro as well.
