Fresh handmade beauty supplies. My favourite product is the R & B hair moisturizer. I also love the salted coconut hand scrub it smells amazing and it really works hands are instantley smoother. Another fave is the Sleepy products i have the shower gel, cream , and room spray i use on my bed.

Thank you so much to the staff at Masonville Lush for hosting a free make your own bath bomb /bubble bar today. I have been a lushie since it arrived in London and was just tickled to bring my grandsons in today to make one of the bath bombs they so enjoy. The staff is welcoming and warm and it was fun to see children of all ages having fun!! Thank you!!See you soon!!

Staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. Generous with samples to take home and try before you buy. My favourite products are the Big Blue bath bomb and Mask of Magnaminty face mask.

Just have to leave a quick review after visiting today.I can't think of many places off the top of my head that provide such great service.My son loves bath bombs and was in today picking some out. All 3 of the staff working today made his day by helping him out and giving him some samples for his birthdayHe can't stop talking about his trip to lush. Thanks so much. That's Customer Service!

I’ve been buying from Lush for years! Not only are their products amazing but their online/in-person customer service is too! I was here before Xmas to buy a gift for someone I don’t know well. They have soap samples to wash your hands and even give you the option to take home. I forget the girls name who helped me but she was awesome. Didn’t push me to buy, but was informative and also gave me time to browse the store. I avoided touching as much as I could but I was also allowed to (not sure what Pamela B is reviewing below)I eventually bought the fairy gift set after a long while of browsing and I was happy and so was the recipient! Ps: ordering online, their packaging is also vegan!

Best face wash I have ever used. I tried everything out there from expensive products to cheap shoppers stuff but nothing has suited my face but Angels on Bare Skin from lush! Their products are all natural and they go beautiful with my skin! I never have had a breakout using this stuff unless I'm lazy and don't wash my face.

I was at LUSH today and was welcomed by more than one employee and offered help right away. They were giving away free samples of soap to wash our hands before we browsed, which was really cool! I wish I could remember his name, but a male employee with long brown hair was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and listened to my needs. He then gave me two samples to try out, which is so helpful so you can see how your face will react to each one. I can’t wait to go back and buy whichever one works the best.

As someone who is visually impaired, I have difficulty determining exact measurements. The attendants were very helpful in informing me about the dimensions of the bath bombs in stock. Luckily, I happened to know the average width of a human rectum. Needless to say, I came away happy and had a good night.
