Mr. Lube + Tires

I went in for an oil chage. They said the plug threads were thing. They called and spoke to the kamloops store that did the last one. They said tamper stop it. The pan never leaked before. Now it's like a sieve. The ppl doing my brakes said it's a mess there.Safe you time and money. Go elsewhere.

These guys are amazing people and deserve their high rating. Went in for a simple oil change & diagnostic, which lead to an overhaul of the transmission lines. The car stalled in the middle of traffic 15 min after leaving the shop due to transmission problems and the staff immediately responded to rectify the issue/get the car back in the shop. Was highly impressed with how they handled the negative circumstances and made it positive. They fully compensated for the repair and went further and beyond to ensure the car was in proper working condition again before returning it to me. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of. Recommend to anyone.

Very bad service, I’m a regular customer at Newton branch . Customer I went for oil change , within 10 mins they told me it was done and I can go . They took $160. and did not give me any receipts or reset the sign that says “oil change maintenance required. I think they just refilled the oil and told me to go . Now I have to go to the dealer to see if they did proper oil change .

Had a really great experience here. I recently got my service done and i would really say when i drive my car it is very smooth on roads jajbeer and jasroban did an amazing job. If you visit them i would recommend to ask for them as they are amazing Mechanics

Really great service. One of the worker there Harman , he is really good in his job he do. I went there for a oil change , he gave me exceptional customer service and helped me as it was really busy that time . He made sure he gets my car oil change done . He is amazing . Will always go to this location for any of my car needs .

I usually have had good experience with them. I go by their recommendation and get the stuff done. So 2 weeks back i went to get the ac fixed. They told me everything and i said sure lets do it. Then all of sudden the guy tripped and said cannot be done go to mechanic i will call my manager lets take his consent and his collegue comes and says oh yes cannot do sorry. Actually they were closing in 30 minutes that was the problem. I am sure the person who said this is my manager was not the actually manager they were just making me go away. That is no way you treat your customers the way i was treated. I have been to same location since last 3 years and faced this.

I went to them for a oil change and I asked for a full inspection because I just got the car few months back. They did my transmission flush as well. After all that they told me I had no leaks and my car is running good. Couple days later my car started acting weird so I took it for a diagnose, and the new place said I had cracked in my water pump and oil gasket… tf were Mr.Lube employees looking in my hood and under my car if they said “no leaks”. I’m confused on that service I got from them. Why did I pay for them to lie? Or not know what they are doing. I’m just disgusted cause I had to pay extra money to find a problem they should’ve found when I paid Mr.Lube. I had TWO leaks.

Shoutout to JAJBEER for excellent customer service. Even though shop did not had needed equipment for my car but he guided me very well. Thank you… will come back
