Call It Spring

BUYER BEWARE ALERT: i picked up shoes and these wipes were put in my shoes bag without asking or confirming with me. I did not ask for these. I did not check the receipt and left. When i came to return they called me a liar and did not return. I will be extremely careful with checking EVERYTHING before leaving this place. Not returning to this location for sure. Scamming is unacceptable.

Excellent service! I bought 5 pairs for my friends and family during black Friday and the associates were really helpful even though it was crazy busy. Had a really nice selection of stylish shoes.

Didn’t honour my medical exemption. Tried to tell me that their store policy trumps my human rights. They are owned by Aldo and yet Aldo honoured my exemption.

Customer service was terrible! Go to another location. There was 2 employees working, one was helping another customer and the other was too busy reorganizing the shoes to help check me out stood at the check out for 15 mins till the other employee was done helping out another customer. Customer Service should really come first before reorganizing or even doing that when customers are not waiting to pay.

I shopped here today and the customer service was so bad. I understand it’s only limited capacity is allowed in the store but dont rush the people who are already shopping inside!! The associate (Dania) kept asking if we are shopping and kept giving us looks and rushing us! If you want us to shop, let us shop then. I shopped for 3 purses. After a while, we had to go back to the store because i forgot to buy something else. As soon as I enter, the associate asked me If i was there to return the purses i bought just an hour ago. First of all, i didnt approach you and said nothing about returning anything. So dont judge people! I wont be shopping here again. Very poor customer service and bad attitude of the associates!

Very hassle in return policy. I brought a shoe online and was very uncomfortable in wearing. I even got severe pain in ankle,I wear it only for 3 hours. When I went to rerun the shoe the cashier told cannot return as I used it for 3 hours. How can I know the shoe comfortablity without wearing it. She asked me keep wearing and I will get used to it. Very unpleasant in return ,as long the shoe fit you will be OK else you are in big trouble
