I had a great experience dealing with Audi Kelowna recently. Negotiating while in Mexico and traveling from Vancouver Island, over the course of a few weeks, my sales rep Jesse did a fantastic job doing all the leg work I needed to feel confident in making the decision to buy my shiny new Rover. From Jesse pulling documents from Land Rover and arranging an independent inspection done free of charge, to the value of my trade in, to the competitive price of my new ride, I couldn’t be happier. The Range Rover was sparkling in the showroom upon my arrival and from that point on, I was all smiles. Jed had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived and the process was smooth and transparent. Thank you Jesse, Jed and Audi Kelowna. I won't be trading in my ride any time soon, but when I do, I'll be back.

I have a Q5 and have had it serviced at Audi Kelowna since 2017. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Over the last couple of years Cali has been my point of contact. I cannot say enough about him. Helpful, friendly and accommodating. He goes above and beyond. I certainly hope Audi Kelowna knows what an amazing employee they have. I was thinking of getting a different vehicle but Cali has convinced me to stay with Audi.

We ordered a new vehicle in what turned out to be one of the most challenging supply chain periods in history.Although our new Q4 was delayed we received regular updates from Alexis and he was fantastic through the whole process from ordering to final delivery.
