Terrible service don’t think they know what there doingFirst problem i go in for a flat repair on my pathfinder tell them the flat is in the back can they fix it and put spare in the back they go on to change the wrong tire which had nothing wrong with itThen i go in buy a brand new set of top of the line winters for my ram 3500 and tell them i want to store the tires they take off which was my summer tires on rims and a set of rubbers that came off my winter rimsI go in five Months later to grab my tires and they say they don’t have record of the rubbers they took kept trying to say i took them with me but why would i leave half the tires there I would just take them all home anyway they kept saying they don’t have them so they list em or what ever so im out good set of bfg K02s and try to tell me that any one can come in and say they lost there tiresLike im trying to rip them off or something I don’t want new tires i want my tires they took off so frustrating guess im out of luck think twice about this shop

The service was exceptional. Staff are very friendly. Even though they were short staffed they got both cars done (winter tires put on) in a very reasonable time. This is our second year dealing with Kal Tire! Thanks!!!!

My Grandfather went to get his tires re-torqued and was refused serviced due to “Liability Reasons”. As a technician myself i can partly understand the liability aspect but i find it almost embarrassing that a tire shop can’t preform a simple tire retorque. My grandfather went to Lakeside Autocare immediately afterwards and was helped without question. I was then informed about their “Three step torque process” which doesn’t require a tire retorque. I can tell you this is a blatant lie unless they are test driving every vehicle 200 km and then re-torquing the tires. Go support your local small shop and not these clowns who are too worried about getting sued than helping people out.

Corey was awesome to deal with at my first inquiry and everyone else I dealt with on my appointment and picking up my vehicle were all great! Great service, highly recommend. We will be back…. probably sooner than later with another vehicle!

My daughter travelled from Cranbrook to Westbank yesterday in her brand new Toyota with brand new tires. On her way her tire started to leak. She pulled into Toyota in Kelowna and was told they were not to be able to help her even if she left it over night.She was then told by the manager to try Kal tire.When she arrived at the store on Elk Rd. They bent over backwards to make her car safe for her to travel home.thanks Trevor, you guys are amazing

When I had my tires changed over, I was very disappointed they did not take care of their work. When they took my tires off, I watched them basically throw my wheels on the ground, scratching my rims, which were brand new! And then proceeded to try and charge me over 100 dollars more for a tire balance that they didn't even do, never taking my car here again.

If you're just getting tires put on or swapped over. They are decent, but I would not recommend letting them touch anything mechanical or alignment. Get a second opinion.
