They seem like veterinarian, they all but all know there thing. the conpetition since this one is a new player must gave nightmare to the big one if not the other one will wake up on morning and wonder what happen. Smile, knowledge, hapoy oeole carring people and only real good food and really fair price.

Exceptional service!!! Carlos and Randy took the time to break down my dog’s needs and give me advise on food that he loved. It’s definitely worth the trip from Montréal to Laval!!

Absolutely love coming to this store. My wife and I moved to the area about a year ago and were delighted to find this place. The owner and employees there are always very courteous and we've found ourselves being given free treats to pass onto our pets more times than we could count. You'll come once for the supplies and you'll come back for the people.Wishing them all the success they deserve

Exceptional service!It took a while before I wrote this review. However, better late than never! I have adopted my first dog 3 months ago and been hunting for the best products for our girl Luna. I have been shopping at different stores in Laval and Montreal from Mondou, Centre Multi-Canin and more. I must say I had the best service at Patte et Griffes Duvernay. I have been continuously going at least once or twice every month. I have been helped by Randy and Carlos. They are extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and so generous.They truly have the best service, great assortment of products and best prices in town (Especially the snack bar! You must try the chicken sausages!). I have received dog food samples to try to see which one is best before purchasing. I even converted my friends and colleagues from Montreal to come to Laval to visit the store and they also fell in love . They shared the service isn't the same in the other stores in Montreal... They rather travel to Laval! Also... Piggy! She is the cutest baby girl chow chow! Keep up the good work and can't wait to visit again very soon!

My colleague recommended me Pattes et Griffes , she told me she had a great experience. As a new mom dog, i needed help getting my chowchow (Duke) some food. He would not eat his old food that his previous owner would give.There service is impeccable i was helped by Carlos! Very friendly and knows what is best for your dog. My dog had so much anxiety being at a pet store but Carlos makes him feel at ease with treats.I know there is a Pattes et Griffes in Montreal but it’s not the same experience i get in Laval not only that, there is so much more items in Laval than Montreal. Well worth the drive!!

The owner is friendly and there's a great selection of foods that are reliably always in stock. I buy my raw food here.there's a Mondou across the street but you should Support your local business!
