I could honestly go on and on about this place and recommend it every chance I get. With amazing food to arguably the best coffee in Calgary this cafe is perfect for dates lunch or a quick bite to eat.The staff is 2nd to non. Great company and excellent customer service.They even have a stage with live performances. Or movie marathons.Congress coffee will be and will remain one of my favourite places in Calgary.

The food is wonderful the music was great and the owners are amazing. This place is wonderful and a break from all of the generic Ultra Modern super bitter coffee houses in the town. You can tell this place is all about community and showcasing local artists. The programming is varied and not afraid to take chances with awesome things. (I was there for the Retro Saturday morning cartoon/build your own breakfast bowl. What a brilliant idea!) I love that it's not ridiculously busy, and is definitely a place where the people that are here care about it.

If you're going to the Red Arrow Station, this Cafe is the perfect place to stay while you wait for your departure hour. We went just by chance and was a great experience. Amazing stuff and old fashion style!We're always looking for kids friendly places and this one is a gem! It's the other side of the city for us but is worth it!

What a great new find! I love the vibe here, such a cool space. I had “the New Normal” special coffee and a slice of apple strudel. Both were delicious!I’m definitely going to go back and check out the live music scene there!

This feels like a hidden gem tucked away in Highland Park!I found it by chance and I’m so glad I did! It has a fabulous old-school, nicknacky vibe to it. So it feels extra inviting!The owner is an absolute delight. And you can tell she has a passion for bringing a cool new spot to the area. I look forward to seeing what this place does!Also, the coffee is delicious and they have a great assortment of snacks!

An amazing corner café, Johanna and Nick always welcoming with their warm smiles.There are so many events for all age groups.Finally, a space where you can enjoy local and upcoming music artists with café that has so many different drinks and salads/bakery items.

This place is epic! The atmosphere is amazing, both with the look of everything, and their awesome taste in music. Each table has a plant and a deck of cards, and the walls are covered in colourful decoration. The people here are very nice and the place feels super comfortable in a way I cannot explain. This is a place I would recommend to anyone of any age to just sit down and enjoy a coffee!

Found this gem of a coffee shop when my husband and I were going for a stroll. Absolutely loved the atmosphere of the Cafe and Johanna was very pleasant and welcoming. The chai latte I ordered was delicious!We definitely needed a coffee shop in this amazing community and I'm happy to foresee this place be a common meet up location.
