Price gouging on basic staples is disgusting. Shameful practices. You make profits while we struggle to feed our families. Have avoided shopping there for years and now fully boycotting.

I wish I could give zero stars.Records profits. Then they lie through it as ok they don’t see record profits.I’ll go back to shopping longos. Prices are a bit higher. But then loblaws gouges too. But when half of the staff at the store I go to are ignorant. At loblaws. I’m done with supporting this company

This company steals. Their PC Optmum program is a joke! They stole a lot of points from me last fall and I tried over and over to have them correct the situation but you cannot get someone to respond properly . Its always an automatic response. I was on hold for 45 minutes and talked ti someone who had such a strong accent I could not Understand what she was saying for most of the conversation. In the end I gave her my email so she could send me a confirmation that the point problem would be corrected. I have three emails all showing different point balance !!! I finally tried to cancel my membership and I can’t even do that without getting stupid responses that have nothing to do with my request. Watch your points. There is a blog online that features PC Optimum members across Canada who had points stolen. ( no wonder they show profits!! They steal from their own customers).If I could I would rate them -0!!!!

Price gouging at its best. Walmart has the cheapest groceries over any of these Canadian chains so I'll continue to shop there. I'd rather support American companies than give my money to a family who has MORE than enough money as they continue to inflate their prices and gouge people while bragging about record breaking profits.And now, you're asking your customers for money for charity donations....get bent!

This corporation is simply, in my opinion, a bunch of gangsters feeding off the backs of hardworking Canadians. Just look at the record profits and the escalating product prices to see for yourself. Our family have decided to boycott all of the stores in their family.

Been trying to reach a higher up for a week. To no response. I bought nitrile gloves that were stained in the box. With what looks like other bio matter on them too. Some of the gloves look redyed. This was an issue during the height of the pandemic where bloody gloves were being resold. The lack of quality control and the amount of negligence this corporation has is astounding.

Learned of Loblaws record breaking profits once again. The greed is sickening and unreal. Taking advantage in the worst way after many Canadians have faced some of the toughest times during the pandemic. I will not be shopping here anymore. I will be finding independent grocers and I truly hope people start to stick up for themselves and do the same.

Why have you stopped the sales on the instant app? I am disabled and cannot shop in store easily. Your delivery service does not consider the disabled hence I found instacart they refund poor quality goods, wrong items so I do not need to return to the store your app does not do that.I would appreciate some inclusion and ask you to put the sales back so all Canadians can shop at your stores. Cosideration for Seniors and disabled would be appreciated. I need options for sales too, please reconsider and help disabled Canadians feel worthy to shop at your stores. Right now I feel very excluded.Thank you for your considerations.

This Loblaw companies distribution centres employees are the worst and very lazy in Canada. We drivers deliver goods there and we have to wait for 8 to 10 hours to get released from there even if you go before appointments time. They don’t even respect drivers at all. Dogs are respected well then we drivers.Our bed wishes will destroy them. I urged public to stop buying from their all stores. They need lessons.They don’t deserve any star but without one you can’t review.Thanks to all who read and follow.

And, clearly, you wouldn't have the brains to use Google Translate to understand what I'm trying to convey. You only needed that and voice-to-text to make a proper recording.I've been sent a $25 gift card to reimburse the damages caused by your price-fixing cartel on bread. First of all, the card comes inactive, then your system makes it impossible to input the card number to activate it.Then, a human with prebuilt sentences comes on the phone, in the wrong language, and pretends that you are giving them the wrong address - therefore making it impossible to activate the card. Then, they issue a ticket number and never answer it.You are adding adding insult to injury with this process, showcasing your administrative ineptitude on top of your criminal business practices. I'll do my best to avoid your brands for the rest of my life.
