As a person with health issues that limit my mobility, I was nervous about starting a class. I expected to be able to do a small percentage of the class. I filled out intake forms that explained my issues. The instructor found excercises that allowed me to do a full hour and targeted my health issues. I am extremely impressed and happy. Signed up for more classes. A kind and knowledgeable group. I took the mobility and repair class. Highly recommended

A safe space to connect with community and take time to heal from the inside! Such a wide range of classes from yoga, dance, and mindful movements to yogassage, meditation and sound bowl healing!
