On our return trip to Toronto, we decided to take a detour and have lunch at this delightful spot. My choice was the melted mushroom burger - a savory blend of juicy, well-seasoned patty complemented with a generous topping of mushrooms, melted to perfection. Another selection was the chicken wrap which was equally pleasing. Wrapped tightly in a soft tortilla, the chicken was succulent and flavorful, providing a delicious contrast of tastes and textures.Beyond the food, the staff contributed significantly to the positive dining experience. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service were not lost on us. They took care of us with prompt responses, genuine smiles, and an evident willingness to ensure we had everything we needed.This place not only serves as an eatery but also a rest stop where you can relax and rejuvenate before continuing your journey. Thank you to the general manager that took it upon himself to walk out after us to make sure that we left somewhat happy. We were a party of three of us we went for lunch. Our server was extremely busy chitchatting with a few of her friends for at least 30 minutes we sat there and waited for her so we could ask for the bill. She did not even acknowledge I had to walk to the bar and ask for the bill not to mention service was extremely slow and waiting for her to come out and ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. Overall, the food was good. Service was terrible and the general manager was great. I’m pretty sure if we had another server. This review would be completely different but unfortunately we got stuck with the one server that was too busy entertaining her friends. I feel like it’s not fair to write a bad review just because the one server does not know how to look after other tables if you’re not friends with her. So we’re just gonna leave it at that and maybe give this place another chance.

The food has gone downhill significantly...while prices went up!Green chicken curry bowl was almost a soup there was so much sauce, not a pasta dish. My wife used to get this dish lots and it had great flavors and was a pasta. This Kelseys experience, the flavor was lacking and it was served more as a soup than a pasta dish.The Buffalo chicken sandwich had good flavor, but the chicken breast was so small it seemed like they had put a chicken finger on the bun. Ratio was 2 parts bun to 1 part chicken. Very subpar.Service was great though? Our server was super friendly and quick serving our mediocre food.

My husband and I had such a great experience! The food, drinks, and desserts were delicious! I have a food sensitivity to green peppers and Angela was amazing at making sure I could get a food substitution! She was so helpful and thoughtful! Ty Kelseys Woodstock!

Kelsey's was decent. The atmosphere was the best part of my experience. The food was mediocre and the service was worse. Our server was very nice but she visited us like 3 times. Not her fault, looked like she was bartending and had at least 5 other tables. I had to try to grab her attention a few tries before I was successful. So not her fault, probably management. Food was OK, fries were hit or miss. Had a beer, beer was pretty good not too bad. I took some picture too, wana see some pictures? Probably will attempt to never go here again. Okay, BYE.Also my Grandma kind of looks like Bilbo Baggins from Lord of the Rings.

Outstanding service from Angela.Very friendly, personable with customer. Great up sell on dessert. Food portions very good. Excellent job from the kitchen. Great atmosphere. Awesome job.

Our waitress was wonderful.She dealt with my situation in such a respectful and understanding manner.HOWEVER...my Crispy Chicken Bites were terrible. Dry, string-like, warm...meat. Could not eat. Obviously, refried, maybe, yesterday's....Will call manager.Funny part...was not going to ruin dinner by complaining...but...then...my wet wipe was DRY...so silly part, that little thing pushed me to complain.Will seek counseling. LOL.BE SAFE.

My husband and I were in the area and stopped in for dinner. From the moment we walked in the environment was great, staff were friendly and efficient.I have to say that our waitress was amazing and the food was hot and delicious. When we are in the area again we will definitely come again.

We ordered Buffalo Chinken Burger and kids chicken fingers through Dash. Chicken seems multi fried and hard to bite and had to throw them (added the photo of the trashed chicken burger). Fries were not fresh (does not seem to be made for the order)
