Canada Post

I went here as they provide passport renewal services (for an extra $20) and I am not able to get to another location. When I got there I was told to take a seat and wait for the other customer rep to help me out as she was with another customer. After 10 minutes that customer left and there was someone else in line that she took, although I was waiting for her and it was clear I was supposed to be her next customer. I got up to let her know I'm still waiting because she had turned to leave the counter and she pointed to a sign she put on her counter saying counter closed" and she said she needs to go have her "15 minutes break". I gave her a confused look since I was asked to wait for her

Worst experiance, the lady accused me of making my own notice of assessment by the goverment just because it was a printed copy and wouldent accept it as a replacement to my sin card even though i was told earlier that they would, and not to forget that she made me wait 25 minutes while she was on the phone talking to her BOSS". Canada post needs to focus on their customer service rather then being rude towards customers and making them wait. I would happily drive down to a location to another city then going back to this and not to forget that is what the lady working the front suggested."

I usually don't go to actual Canada Post offices and use shoppers drug mart but I had to pick up my community mailbox keys from this location and the old lady behind the counter was so warm and kind. She verified everything and explained me how to use the mailbox.She congratulated me on the home purchase and hand me over the keys in just 2 mins.I recommend this place.

Great service! Fast and cordial.

Very nice inside. It is a easy to navigate entry and staff was helpful even with my problem which they had limited accessibility due to the problem. But they were able to get the word out to the supervisor and handled my problem very well. Canada post has amazing staff all around that are dedicated to getting what you need out of them.

Slow service. It seems like the attitude and quality of service provided here depends a lot on which staff you happen to interact with. I sent in my amazon package to this location, thinking it would be a reliable place to pick up parcel. After waiting for the staff to slowly finish their other tasks, I was greeted with a direct refusal of the pickup email and barcode from Amazon (which is used to pick up your parcel.) Instead she asked for photo ID, fair enough I present my photo health card ID, she says it is not valid form of ID (because it doesnt have address on it). I am a student and dont drive so I havent got a drivers license which she insisted on seeing. Like whats the point of asking for address when a parcel is shipped to a PO? Even if I had a address, there is no way she could know if it is correct or not since the parcel has the PO address on it. So none of this makes sense. I was able to pick up my package but will not be using this PO again for such services.

Terrible, disgraceful service. This location partially delivered, and damaged a business mail out, costing my small business thousands of dollars. The complaints, resolution process, took months and it was not resolved. I make the extra effort to try to not use their service.

Sincerely hope that we have a better postal service for canada one day. Last week I was supposed to receive a package and got the notification that my address needed to be verified. So I sent them a service ticket with my full proper address. (AND) phoned the sorting facility (that is a 5 minute drive from my house) to try and sort everything out. Lady on the phone just told me to wait it shouldnt take to long to sort things out. Today I woke up to the wonderful notification that my package is being returned to the sender. I reached out twice to this poor excuse for a company to try and correct a potential SIMPLE error or mistake. And nothing, no contact, no effort, no caring about my package, just send it back. What an abysmal showing of integrity and quote on quote giving back to our communities". What a slogan eh?"

A big shout out to our Postal Delivery person in Cambridge. The sidewalks are a sheet of ice with the sudden freezing rain and ice pellets we received this morning and our mail was here on time as usual. We appreciate this!!
