Treasure Garden Childcare Center

My son started at Treasure Garden when he was 38 months old. We used a home daycare prior to this, but felt that a preschool program would be better preparation for JK. We have been very happy with the care that he has received. His teachers are caring and supportive. He loves all of his teachers, but Miss Niki seems to be his favourite. He asks if Miss Niki will be in his class almost daily and he lights up when she is there in the morning. I love the Bright Wheel app that Treasure Garden uses. It facilitates communication with staff and it is so nice getting to see pictures of all the fun activities he is doing each day. My only criticism is that the toileting policy doesn’t seem to have any consistency and appears to be a cash grab. When we were registering, I sent 3 emails asking for clarification of the policy. When I never received a clear response to these questions, I spoke on the phone with the director. Based on our conversation, I was left with the impression that the fee would not apply, as my son is toilet trained and only wears a pull up when sleeping. However, a few months later I received an invoice for the toileting fee (which had increased by 50% since enrolling just a few months prior). The fee appears to be the same whether a child is in diapers full time or just when sleeping. In the future, I will be sure to document verbal discussions with administrators in writing, and I would encourage you to do so as well. Notwithstanding this minor annoyance, I would recommend Treasure Garden because they provide an excellent learning environment with dedicated and caring staff. As for feedback for the business, clear and consistently applied policies would result in a better experience.

We have been at Treasure Garden since February and we absolutely LOVE IT ! It has made my transition going back to work after maternity leave so easy and comforting. I know my daughter is well taken care of and is having fun each day ! Would 100% recommend!

We love Treasure Garden and all of their amazing staff! Their programs are full of engaging activities. The app makes keeping in contact very easy and gives some piece of mind to parents. I would recommend to anyone.

I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention my son receives at Treasure Garden. The staff are kind, patient, and highly skilled in their work. From the moment we first visited, I knew this was the right place for my child. They offer a wide range of enriching activities and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. I can tell that my son is happy and thriving in this environment, and I appreciate the open communication and support from the staff. I can’t rave enough about this daycare! We started in January and have been thrilled with the communication, attention and education they have been providing. My son (now 21 months) loves his teachers so much!Being it helping to teach my little guy to walk or develop his speech, they’ve been thoughtful, suggested strategies and take any direction we have provided.I get regular updates throughout the day, including photos, what my son is eating, and how well he slept. We love all the art they send home and all the preplanned activities.While they are a bit more expensive than other daycares I don’t think I’ll ever change due to the high level of attention and care they provide every day!

My son absolutely loves this daycare and all his teachers! He has learned so much and enjoys attending! The staff communicates well with the parents and do their best to accommodate when needed.

Good if your kid is easy and obedient. If your child is having a rough time with biting/hitting (which is developmentally appropriate for a 2 year old), they will give up on your kid and kick them out. Disappointing after having been there for over a year. Most of the teachers seem caring, but maybe lacking the tools to help teach the child social skills.Also changing teachers often is hard on some children more than others; we had just had a baby and wanted to provide our toddler with as much consistency as we could to make it an easier transition- but his favourite teacher has been moved to another class without our knowledge, and while this may have been required and inevitable- we couldn’t prepare our child for the change as we weren’t kept in the loop or informed. It’s not helpful to have 6 different teachers a week… educators should know that.

We are so happy to have found this daycare for our son. The staff are kind, patient and very attentive to the children’s needs. They send updates of the children’s day with pictures of all the fun activities the kids are doing there. Highly recommend Treasure Garden!

This is truely the perfect environment for your young child. The environment is clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and they encourage a fun, learning experience for the littles.What I appreciate most about Treasure Garden Daycare is the emphasis on safety. I never have to worry about my child's well-being while they are in their care. The facility is spotless and well-maintained, and there are always plenty of staff members on hand to keep an eye on things.

My son started at Treasure Garden in September and has been loving it! The staff are very friendly and we have felt very welcomed from the very beginning
