People this company rips you off . I have been taking bottles for years and this company clearly can't count . Last week I went to the one on prospect and was ripped off by 20 . Talked to the owner Mark on Monday and he made all kinds f excuses for his staff member . Asked if I was rude to him or maybe the customer before me was rude ..So this past Sunday I went to the Bedford one this time I counted but told them I didn't just cause I wanted to see if they were honest . Well no they were not again 20 bucks . Mark your employees are ripping people off and I'm sick of t . I'm going to take this further and put a complaint in with the better business . People if you want honest counts and friendly staff go to tanners . They do not rip you off and are very good at what they do . Or you can trust the crooks at blue water and get ripped off each time you go . Read the reviews . Do your homework . THEY ARE CROOKS !!!!!!

Can't count or purposely stealing.Next time I will have it all pre-counted and if they wise to recount that's fine but they will be doing it using an empty container because I'm sure they do it so fast that you will never be able to keep up with the count. $7.50 for 3 blue bags full of cans and even 10cent bottles, something wrong here. Lol.

In and out quickly, not there all day like some of the other places I've been! I noticed they started weighing cans instead counting and I guess the RRFB told them to change the way they did it cos that's what is easier for them to inventory. I was glad they took the time to explain because they were getting really busy.

Brought over 600 cans and bottles and over 100 wine and beer bottles. I had it precounted and they said I was off by 50 cans on my first bag. They wouldn’t take my load unless they counted it. After their count they gave me $22. I would say they stole at least $20 from me. I will never go there again. I don’t recommend this business to anyone. I would give them less than 1 star.

I’ve been ripped off with precounts here multiple times. The last time I swore never to return when they told me my counts were WAY off after they weighed them. I explained that not all cans were the same size but they insisted on counting. Their numbers were no where near mine. I always put the same quantity in each bag every time I do returns.Other visits included being berated for accidentally having an olive oil bottle, having crushed cans, and also mixing loose bottles of different colours in the same box (come on...)Don’t come here, it’s not worth the frustration.

Lol. This is I'm sure the fastest and most profitable bottle depot I have ever been to. The guys were so fast that they forgot half to 3/4 of the count .Lol..... after pulling up, first thing.. two young guys ask... are they counted? . And no they were not counted .. They were just put into the back of my truck after my two girls 6 and 8 trying to help putting all recyclables in bags and put them by the truck. Then, I load them drop them off and give them the money for it..and they love doing it. However after a truck load of cans and bottles. (and we are talking 1 ton truck filled to the top) . They tell me there was a total count of 325 items with a total of 16 bucks and change. ( And I know for a fact a big garbage bag of cans full is about 200 cans. And there was 2 full bags of cans , 2 1/2 bags of plastic water bottles and lots of glass. AND NO THEY WERE NOT COUNTED. Now my response was ... really. And after the guys insisted on that count, I left it at that. I did not have the time to or wanted to make any big deal out of this I just wanted the stuff of my truck. So I thought to myself.. if they need the extra couple bucks that bad, they sure need it a lot more than I do. My kids still got there 20 bucks each and we are not eaten any less because of it. But in my opinion there is other places to return your bottles too, that are better at counting. I do understand that you will always loose some if they are not counted . But in my experience you will loose a lot less, at any other bottle depot that I have ever been to in my life. But they sure are fast. Lol... and no line up . Maybe because not to many people go there. I'm not sure . However they do get one star for being fast. Thanks

Had a Wonderful experience with friendly hard-working staff. The counts were exceptional and corrected Me where I thought I had less than what I had counted. By paying me $.10 where I had counted some of my bottles at five cents. I love their Sunday hours.

I didn't read the Google reviews before I went, but what everyone said was true. I took over 100 bottles, and in the end he calculated that I had 48 bottles, which is not even enough gas money for you go there, just don't go there!

Not sure why they're so many negative reviews. I had a good experience.

Bad experience. I took at least 170 cans/bottle/box, but they told me only 120. I think it must be on purpose. I highly recommend having precounting if you want to go there and telling the number in advance. I should have seen some comments here before visiting.
