I wasn't impressed at all. I was stranded on Christmas Eve and the owner was very rude. He rudely told me he had no drivers. Understandable, it being Christmas Eve and all but really he owns a tow truck company? Aren't they supposed to tow people? Anyway maybe he'd actually have drivers if he wasn't rude. Just saying.
