I’ve tried every day at 8:15am to book a court for 6 days in advance and have not been successful. I do not recommend this place to anyone, complete scam. Not only do they have prebooked courts for their leagues, but it’s clear there are people using bots to book courts. A better booking system is needed. It is clear they have oversold memberships and many members are not able to get courts. They should be reported to the better business bureau

5 newer courts in Tennis bubble with good surface and excellent lighting. Additional 4 courts in an older building is very bad with average illumination. In summer pay as you play. In Winter member and guest only. Booking by phone or in person - mistakes in bookings are frequent. Changeroom and restrooms are adequate. City of Scarborough facility.

Booked a court, arrived at the facility and only to find out that they double booked our court and the other group was given priority! Totally ridiculous and unacceptable! This is not the first time they messed up with our bookings! Try to avoid this place if you can!

Logging at 8:15am 6 days in advance and shows website error and 1min later the booking is full. Definitely scam people's money and get so many pre-scheduled event booking. Don't get a membership there.

Booked and paid for one hour court 8:00 AM Easter Sunday. No one showed up to open the facility!!!! There were about 15 people who got stood up!!Getting through the phones to talk to someone is always a prohibitive chore.The management of this facility in my opinion is the worst example of public service that uses tax payers' money with no intention to improve their services at all. The phone system is a total disaster and the information given misleads the callers and it is obvious that the intention is to reduce the number of callers and potentially the players maybe to leave the facility more open to a certain group who have their tight hold on the hours and court times. THIS IS A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF MISMANAGEMENT AND EVEN MAYBE CORRUPTION and a great opportunity for a public inquiry!

Aging facility, could use renovations but meets the needs for the community. Good tennis facility for beginners and intermediate players for a good price.

It's impossible to book a court. The booking system opens at 8:15am for 6 days later. Less than 2 seconds after opening, most if not all of the courts are booked. Then, when there is a cancellation and that you are lucky enough to be able to book a court, you realize many people on the same timeframe have been able to book for 2 hours when you can barely book for 1.It seems like the only way to be faster would be to write a bot (faster than the ones being used) to book those automatically at 8:15am...I will not renew my membership next year.

I am pretty sure they oversold their membership this year. It is IMPOSSIBLE to book any courts even when you try to book 6 days in advance at 8:15am sharp. This is VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. I don't know if I am able to play at all during this winter season. Definitely switching to another club next year.

Staffing and policy here is disorganize. One moment they tell you that you can use ball hopper/ball machine. Then you pay and they tell you can't. Their staff is very inconsistent and disorganized at giving information. Bubble is still down and not even fixed it. They promised that it will be fixed in October and it is still not done. We just cancelled our membership and won't ever be returning here again. Stay away & safe your $$. Angus Glen is so much better for indoor tennis and the staff is way more organized with clear policies.
