Not impressed with the way they treat seniors. My wife came out crying the pharmacist gave her such a hard time. She needed a 3rd vaccine shot and had a signed letter from doctor. Refused to call the doctor to get clarification and just argued. Eventually, she did get the shot. Pharmacist needs a lesson in treating people with respect. Senior harassment is NOT acceptable. If you don't know, then ask someone who does. If he read the form properly in the first place there would be no issue.

I will never use another pharmacy. Wayne Burns and all his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. But they go beyond what’s normally required of a pharmacy. They know you by name and are never too busy to consult with you about your health needs. They really go the extra mile!!

most of the time I have no issues and staff are nice but on a few occasions I have dealt with an extremely condescending employee. I am frequently in there, as I have multiple prescriptions. one day this lady looked me up and down and asked if I would be able to pay for my prescription today. not sure why she would say that seeing as I pay everytime? extremely rude to make assumptions like that, do better. older lady short blondish hair

Wow... brutal human being. I had Called to check if they had a hard to find medication for my sick child after hearing they had opened their new shop. It was getting close to closing but I had enough time to make it and after talking with the gentleman on the phone Dwayne, he'd told me he'd wait for me, if not for me to knock on the door and someone would let me in. I arrived at 8:03 and started knocking on the window on and off like an idiot for 15 mins for no reason. My child will spend another night auffering awake without sleep as will his parents, which is again my fault but had I not been told they'd wait for me I never would have took off from home potentially getting in a vehicle collision trying to not inconvinience them, the decent thing to do would have been to be straight up with me. Not give me a glimmer of hope just to get off on the laugh of it. I'll be visiting first thing

How rude is it that a store which customers mostly senior citizens visit and spend their money all day long won't provide a bathroom for them? As if people don't have urgency issues, worst customer service ever. Extremely lazy to be taking money from people without providing them service...

I fail to see how other reviews can be critical of this place. Every single time I go the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to provide service. I am glad to be in close proximity to this outstanding small town pharmacy.
