Woke up to no water pressure one day. city told me I had a leak in my waterline and they had to shut my water off completely. I had no idea where to start….. Adam and his crew contacted the city to get property line measurements and took care of everything from there making a stressful situation much easier to handle.Universal had to dig up the yard and neighbours drive way, turned out to be a bigger job than expected.They were professionals, quick and efficient and when they were done they laid soil and seed on my lawn….and it looks great!I go with universal every time!

Universal plumbing & sewer services stopped in yesterday to fix my leaking kitchen sink pipe. They did an amazing job. They were efficient and great quality work. I would call them anytime for plumbing needs!

My elderly parents had a blockage in their pipe that was affecting their sinks and toilet, they called a regular plumber who when unable to remedy the problem recommended your service - we are so glad they did!! Alex was professional and so competent but more than anything was kind and sweet to my parents and fixed their problem with no difficulties. Very pleased with this company's service - called on a Monday night with a toilet issue and got an answer right away. Plumbers who came to the house were polite and courteous, did their work well and cleaned up after. Will use again for any future plumbing work

We decided to call Universal after a clog caused multiple areas of the house to back up and we experienced some flooding as a result. Adam was very pleasant and helpful from the moment we spoke on the phone, even though it was 9:30 pm on a Saturday evening. He took care of the issue incredibly quickly and effectively, and was friendly and professional the entire time- this guy is truly skilled at what he does! We have an older home with aging plumbing and he offered some valuable suggestions that will surely save us a lot of money down the line. No hard sell, we just got the sense that Adam genuinely cares about doing as good a job as possible and providing an excellent experience for his clients. And the final invoice was so much lower than we anticipated, which was a huge relief. We never thought calling a plumbing company would be such a positive experience- we will be calling Universal for all our plumbing needs from now on! Thank you Adam!
