This is my favourite bubble tea place. I really like the Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk drink. You can tell this place gets busy by the amount of pearls in the wok cooker. Missing “T” in Taiwan. Close-by to Chinatown.

Without a doubt, this has been the most disappointing bubble tea place I have ever visited. It seems that this particular location falls short of expectations, despite the brand's reputation for excellent bubble tea overseas. The boba pearls were mushy and had a sticky consistency that stuck to your teeth, making the experience quite unpleasant. We ordered their signature brown sugar pearl fresh milk tea, but even that failed to impress. The texture of the boba was the major letdown, mushy boba is the worst in my opinion. And the brown sugar flavor did not meet my expectations either.

I love the very unique flavours and drinks are made very quickly! Definitely worth checking out.Drinks come in two sizes, regular and large. Large drinks cost an extra 75 cents.Some drinks are limited to one size.Toppings cost 50 cents each. The pearls are amazing, especially the strawberry ones.Honestly the prices are very fair. Most drinks cost under 8 dollars for a large!-UVIC Student approved

I went 15mins before closing. I can understand people can be tired at the end of the day / busy closing and all that. But this was way over my understanding. Starts with no greeting to most of the menu not available because they are close to closing. It's alright, but the iced taro milk tea is served warm. I don't understand why she had to top of the iced drink with steaming hot water. The entire time from talking to her to tasting the drink was the worst in town. Attached is proof of no ice, in iced drink. Thank you, will never return.

Amazing bubble milk tea shop from Taiwan. Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk is very tasty. The server’s friendly, and you can draw a traditional Taiwanese fortune stick after ordering a drink.

Xing Fu Tang has great staff, and I love that they open late. Their drinks aren't bad for what they are, but sometimes they can be too watered down. I think it really depends on what you order but my experience is fine here, nothing crazy. If you need to satisfy your bubble tea craving, it's an option!
