Cruxton Travel

Recently booked with flights with this company which included a single date change. Despite requesting amendments several weeks before departure, and again throughout the trip, the agent advised to contact him on our final leg of the journey by which time the seats were limited and consequently set at a high price. Hotels for the expected revised date were already paid for, but in the end had to suffer a loss. I will not be making the same mistake with Cruxton and will endeavour to book with Southall Travel for all future transactions. I would say 1 star is overrated.

I had booked my parent ticket from them, last march during covid airIndia cancelled the returned flights to the UK as India was in lockdown, air India changed the returned flight but kept cancelling the flights as both country was in lockdown . after many attempts to book flights I had to purchase another ticket to the get my parents back to the UK. so when I request for the refund I am been told that air India need to refund me, and when spoken to air India they told me the travel agent needs to refund the money, its been over a year I still haven't got my refund, the amount of time I have sent emails to Ali in the accounts and Kanji ,both of them are not helping they are just making excuses via emails, but no one calls me. they are not professional have a poor customer service, asking me to repeat my self on every email chain ,when I called the customer service number, I had to go through all these prompts that got me nowhere. And after all that, I still had no answer to my refund.

I contacted Cruxton back in October to get help with booking my flights home to Australia. I spoke with Shafiq who was extremely helpful throughout the process and provided me with a range of different options to get me home. Shafiq was kind and patient, and answered all of my questions, giving me peace of mind that my travel plans were sorted. It wasn't until late November that we started running into issues with Australian flights being cancelled, and even when this happened multiple times Shafiq stuck with me and managed to re-book my flights in time to get me home for Christmas. I couldn't have asked for a better agent! I will be forever grateful for Shafiq's persistence and patience, taking multiple calls from me everyday and making me a priority. My family and I had a holiday booked for the the beginning of April. Then the world got hit by Covid-19. I was really humbled by the empathy, humanity and hard work the team at Cruxton including Yusuf, Shafiq and Ali did to get my family and a refund very quickly. They were very professional and even though they were no doubt handling huge numbers of cancellations with very little news business coming in, they were very communicative.My extended family who had booked the same flights as us through a popular online agency had a very different experience. They were unable to get any responses and had to resort to getting their credit card company to charge back their flight cost.It is in times like this that I was super happy to use a travel agent that was customer first.Thanks to all at Cruxton!

Just returned from trip to Japan via Vietnam. Cruxton arranged flights for us. Couldn't have done it without them as itinerary did not fit with capabilities provided by web based flight bookers. Service was excellent and response was great when we had some on line check in glitches with foreign airline sites. Will use again...

A fantastic company to book with from start to finish. They are so professional and you get such a high level of service! We have booked many holidays and trips with Cruxton and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Like many otherz over the past few months, holidays and trips have been cancelled due to the coronovirus. We had heard horror stories about other tour operators not honouring refunds and withholding money for holidays that were already paid for. But the process was seamless with Cruxton, they refunded our money straight away and there were no qualms. In fact, we have already rebooked our trip with them next year (hopefully we can still fly!). We have booked with other tour operators in the past, but we would only book with Cruxton as they really look after us! My wife & I were due to travel to Tanzania in April 2020 however due to the global pandemic our trip had to be cancelled.
