Food was yummy! The waffle fries were delicious and hands down the best waffle fries I have ever had and the Chick-fil-A sauce is so good! We also tried the deluxe chicken sandwich, sweet tea and milkshakes which were very good. The drive-through always looks like a huge line but I promise, the service is good and the lines goes so quickly! Both times I have visited, we’ve had to go back in because they forgot our fries but the staff were kind and got them to us quickly when we went in.

Visited at 2 pm on a Monday.. first visit to this brand. Was expecting great things based on the lineups that have been seen ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich combo service at the menu board was polite and courteous as was the service at pickup. Fries were warm at best and seemed a little under done. As I ate a couple off the top it exposed a bunch of smaller pieces rather than full chips. The sandwich looked fresh but also incredibly small. It tasted fresh although again only warm. Having never been before I don't know if this is the norm. The flacour was good so will most likely visit again. I cannot believe the eye sore of the parking lot.

2023 March - purchased during their first week open (5/5):25 minute drive thru wait or line up out the door in the rain...still worth it...Had the Spicy Sandwich meal with an orange juice and their waffle fries...the fries (4.5/5) could have been crispier but still were great especially with the Chick-fil-A sauce (5/5)...the fact that they offer juice options (apple, orange, lemonade) is a 5/5 IMO as you are not just limited to pop...the spicy sandwich (5/5) was delicious though a bit on the smaller side than I expected. Also had the deluxe with cheddar (4/5) ... it was okay, the chicken was nice but besides that a tad boring...

Went to chick -fil-A to see what all the fuss was about. It was good!We had the deluxe chicken and club chicken. We ordered chicken strips but they were really spicy.Definitely recommend you try it out!!

At $8.50 per sandwich, I would like a bit more meat. It's tender and spicy, not juicy, without a satisfying crunch. It needs a sauce to make it really stand out. Sorry to say, Popeyes and Mary Brown's has it beat. The line up through the drive through is a mess

Excellent quality of everything. The sandwiches are just great and the fries are so yum we always end up getting more. Quick service. They have booths on one end and tables and chairs on the other side. For a downtown location, it is spacious. A lot of foot fall so you can't take your own sweet time here but it's still a nice place to take a quick break.

First time at a Chick-fil-A in Canada and while the location was definitely new (drive through still being built) the experience was great. From the in person drive through order to the pickup. As for the food it was as expected, and was very tasty. I normally get the same thing when I’m down south but with the new location I think I’ll start to branch out overtime. Love them or hate them they know what their doing and you probably won’t be disappointed with anything you pick.

The staff is always so friendly and patient. They call you by your name which is great customer service. The lines always look intimidating but move surprisingly fast! I have done drive through and dine in at busy times and was really impressed.As for the food…I was really skeptictal before trying like it’s chicken how can it be any different from any other chicken sandwich… and then I tried it. It tastes FRESH and JUICY. After that first bite they definitely had me drinking the kool-aid… or the sun joy hahaHand spun cookies and cream milkshake is the bomb. Sometimes I go for just that.

Cannot say this is my favourite chickfila location. I found the food to be just okay compared to other locations I’ve been to. Additionally I felt the atmosphere to be off with this chickfila and it felt more like a tim hortons/wendys blend than a chickfila. There was lots of seating though which is nice.
