I paid for you guys to do my taxes IN MARCH. one paper wasnt sent in and now im screwed for any benefits until AUGUST, which means nsf charges from things that automatically come out of my bank that those benefits pay for, including RENT! Are you going to pay for that or give my money back that i paid to have my taxed done ON TIME?? Highly doubt it.

Only real complaint is they avoid going over the fees of their service. The base fee is $80, which you have to pry out of them. If you want them to cover other items for your return like work from home, rrsp, staycation credits etc each item is like $15 more, just to enter it into a field.Of course they never tried to mention what the fees are, they just send a final bill and then still hesitant to explain the fees until you ask multiple times.

Hi there, I am very satisfied with the tax service that I received from my tax representative Jehan. Professional and knows how to handle complicated tax files. I am quite happy that I visited upper James Library tax store and I recommend that everyone to go there.

Taxes are always so not fun to do. But the employee I was with was very nice. He even told us that the first time if you are 18 years old you can do your taxes for free and then pay. My sister last years had to pay but this guy told us to always ask for questions. Also, there was another employee from 2018 who did not file my sister’s tax and she didn’t get any refund because of that. However, we were able to file it again and gained a little bit of money. In short, service was great but was long which was not frustrating.

Only use this tax service if you want to pay 3 times the amount that other tax services charge. They didn't tell us how much they charged until after we gave them our taxes, then charged $100/person plus tax, ended costing over $250 which is outrageous!!! Don't use them.
