Our family vacation to Los Cabos organized by Pam from Blue Petal exceeded all our expectations. The prompt and excellent service provided by Pam was outstanding. From the initial request processing to the smooth organization of transfers and every aspect of our trip, Pam's professionalism and attention to detail were evident. She went above and beyond to create a tailor-made package that made our vacation truly memorable. Her quick responses to our inquiries and flexibility in accommodating our requests made the entire experience hassle-free. We highly recommend Blue Petal and Pam for all your vacation needs. Worst experience ever. These people ruined my sisters destination wedding. Every single person out of the group of 200 guests was complaining about their experience. They did nothing for us…. People didn’t have rooms when they arrived at the hotel, families that had requested to be together were all over the place, multiple guests had their names spelt wrong on their reservations. so many errors. No accountability. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any type of service. DO NOT BOOK under any cost. It was the worst mistake we made during the whole wedding. It was embarrassing that people spending so much money had to deal with such a horrible company.

I had the opportunity to be at one my friends destination wedding in Mexico, Grand Palladium with well over 150 guests. I had such amazing time, the excellent wedding logistics and coordination from Sheema was perfect, and flawless. The travel booking process with Pam was great and received such great pricing, our family received our travel documents in advance and our rooms were perfectly situated as Pam arranged this with the staff of the resort and we received our 2 double beds and a crib. All our family members were so happy with their rooms. The team welcomed everyone once we all arrived and made all the guests feel welcomed and ensured everyone was all settled in before the festivities started. We strongly recommend their services and hard work and their dedication both of them are so detailed in organizing. We had such a memorable time with our family guests, once again thank you Sheema and Pam for all your help, cant wait for the next destination wedding that you both are planning.

I contacted Pam via social media on Blue Petal Weddings account and she responded to me quickly. Pam also called me to discuss my daughter's destination wedding options in Mexico. Although we did not proceed with booking a destination wedding, I was impressed with the customer service that Pam provided; she sent me photos and videos of other weddings and followed up with me regularly. Seems this wedding planning company has very reliable and professional wedding planners, I recommend them.

We worked directly with Pinky on our last family vacation to Cancun. She made the whole process easy and efficient. She was very responsive , patient with our frequent questions and followed up with us every step of the way. Highly recommend booking your next trip with Blue Petal.

We recently returned from a group family vacation in Mexico, organized by Pam at Blue Petal Weddings. We regularly do all inclusive vacations with up to 5 families and this was the first time in four years so we were very excited and Pam did not disappoint. Pam did an awesome job with booking the flights, transportation and hotels. We all got upgraded to Star Class, got a personal butler to book all our dinners and helped with organizing our excursion. He was at the hotel and available on what's app at all hours. He even booked our massages for us. It was so easy, we just sent a message on what's app with whatever problem we had and he responded immediately. We also witnessed a destination wedding while we were there and it got us thinking of the future and when one of our kids get married. Planet Hollywood is stunning resort, we we within a few steps of everything and did not have to walk a long time to get to anything. Pam remained in touch with us to make sure all was going well. Highly enjoyed our vacay and highly recommend Blue Petal Weddings for vacation bookings. Pam, we will be back!

You're a small business, it's about connecting with your clients. Again, to anyone reading this, take your business elsewhere. Even Expedia connects better than these people.If there a star lower than one, that's what this company would be getting from us. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE BLUE PETAL WEDDINGS.I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. I don't understand how people continue to book WEDDINGS, let alone trips, with this company. Pam is not someone who takes charge, she delegates but here's the thing, if you're trusting people who don't know what they're doing, it's your job to step up and show them how it's done. Pinky is rude, full of excuses and completely inept.We booked our trip for my cousin's wedding and from the start, communication with the business required follow up after follow up after follow up. Names spelled wrong, incorrect prices given, wrong information provided, the list goes on and on. Oh, and not to mention the flight times given to us by the company were incorrect. Had we not checked in online, we would have missed our flight.Fast forward to the week of my cousin's wedding at the beginning of this year - we get to the resort and they didn't have a reservation for us. They had our two year old daughter on a reservation with someone else but nothing on file for us at all. Note that we were traveling with our three kids, all under the age of three, so we had been very specific with Pinky about what our needs and requirements were from the get go.Blue Petal blamed Hard Rock, Sunwing and took no responsibility. We were basically told to pay for a new room and then wait for reimbursement until they at Blue Petal figured out what was going on. Um, NO. We eventually got a room, over three hours later, no where close to my parents, which was one of our biggest requests.Bottom line, take your money and your business elsewhere. This company is not going to live up to your expectations.

DO NOT BOOK. Literally the worst experience I have ever gone through. She made multiple errors with our bookings but left us to figure it out once we got the resort and did NOTHING. Also making multiple transaction errors and over charging many people. If you like receiving a legitimate receipt do not book. Worst experience!

I reached out to a lot of destination wedding planners to get details for our wedding planning and Pam was by far the most helpful and insightful with every detail! We booked our Cancun wedding through her and she not only provided everything we wanted but was patient with our detailed requests. I would definitely recommend going with the team of Blue Petals for your wedding. Our families were stress free and everything was well organized and planned. We are so happy and thankful to have had them for our wedding planning!

I am writing this review to save other people the stress and headache of booking this company for their travel services. This is by far the most unprofessional travel agency when it comes to communication, assistance and customer service.Here is a list of some of the inconveniences we had with them during our friends wedding:1. They have failed to provide us with a receipt containing the complete breakdown of the costs of our trip, as we are wanting to know where our money is being allocated.2. They wanted us to fly out a day before everyone else when we specifically told them we aren’t able to make it on that flight. It took us 3 weeks of us having to be persistent with them to get this changed.3. There was an issue with our check-in process as they didn’t provide us full details, so we had to email them the day we were departing to get this sorted.4. We booked a room with a King bed 10 months in advance and showed up to the hotel in Mexico where we were given 2 Queens and no one would do anything for us. We had to switch with another group in the wedding party to get our desired room. The Bride + Groom were frantically trying to sort this out for us as well.5. We wanted to purchase exit row seats (as my boyfriend is tall and his legs don’t fit in a regular seat) and were told to wait until the day of departure to see what’s available.6. Our flight to get home was cancelled and after dealing with Air Canada at the airport - we were told only our travel agent could rebook us since this was a group booking. We tried calling, texting and emailing multiple times and there was no answer. We then had to pay money to spend the night in a hotel and rent two vehicles for all of us the next morning to drive home over the Coquihalla in the middle of winter - which is 5 hours away.The communication has been absolutely terrible, this process was not seamless what so ever and our entire trip was more of a headache than if we would’ve booked everything on our own.Do not trust Pinky and Pam with booking your destination wedding as you will quickly regret it.I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
