The service and quality has definitely gone down hill since new owners/management took over. First thing to set me off was when I went to pay with cash and the look and rude noise I got doing so was not warranted. Even if I did pay with a card, there was debit receipts all over the counter. That’s a simple thing to tidy up. If you aren’t doing that, I can only imagine what else you aren’t cleaning.The hours state 9pm close. Customers should be able to open your doors at 850. Granted maybe limited food selection—but still open.There is no greeting when you arrive, and the staff do not seem at all pleasant. Definitely wish there were more options in Exeter as selections for variety are limited.

Love the chicken fingers and the buttermilk ranch.I got the boneless box, the fries were lacking....could have been more.

Food was fresh/hot and staff was friendly/helpful but restaurant appeared dirty. Floors were greasy. Bathroom mirror was all smudgy/filmy. Didn't leave a great impression.

The nice girls behind the counter were very accommodating to our special order . The place was clean and the chicken was served very quickly. Thank you.

I just asked for a sandwich and they charged me for a meal. Also the chicken was super greasy. But at least it was a little tasty.

Fries were old, chicken in one dinner was all dry, in the other dinner the chicken pieces were a mix of dry and a little more fresh. The only thing that tasted good were the got wings because they had to be cooked to order. The staff were friendly enough.

Chicken was very dry (and I'm not the only one who noticed this), corn is dry, coleslaw is too watery and its colour didn't look right; to make things worse, they didn't have KFC's vegetarian option, our buddy had to walk across the street to grab A&W... but then they said we can't sit at the restaurant because it's company policy not to bring other food inside!! To put it very nicely, we weren't impressed!

Awful, no one will answer the phone. This meal cost almost $100. The French fries are cold and we got the wrong salad. Just awful. So utterly disappointed.

Terrible service. Rude Indian woman tonight at 630pm at the counter. Didn’t have any crispy chicken. At 630!!!! Got regular 4 piece chicken instead and a can of pop between either the choice of Diet Pepsi or Pepsi. Got home to half a thing of fries and 4 small dried out pieces of chicken for 16 bucks. What a waste
