My long time GP retired 3 years ago & my family was transferred to Dr Graff. Due to Covid we did not see her until last month. I'm supposed to have blood work every 3 months. I called but she never contacted me. My pharmacist had to fax her & suggest it. have bipolar 2 with anxiety & it was obvious she wouldn't be able to treat me. They also charge for prescriptions for extended medical practitioners. $20 just for an Rx. Also, pharmacies cannot fax requests for refills. Patients must go online to a 3rd party provider, fill out requests & pay $20 for refills. Graff told me that doctors do not get paid to ok refills & most doctors charge. I never heard of that before. We are very unhappy & don't trust them.

Office won't fax pharmacies, and pharmacies can no longer fax them. Instead, they recommend you pay 20$ per refill online, or sign up for a monthly/yearly subscription which is a better deal." Had an appointment in July and my refills were never sent off; 3 months later and I am still waiting for Dr. Renée Jacques to send it. My pharmacy can no longer give me emergency refills. Have been calling the office daily since it's an urgent matter with no results

I have Dr Renee Jacques, she is kind and very attentive. She is very knowledgeable also. She is the best. I have also had Dr Samuel Peters while she was on maternity leave and he is just as good. Both make an excellent team!

I finally got on with this office for a family doctor since they lost my first intake form. First appointment I had with Jessie Alison was done over the phone for no longer then 5 minutes. I asked if she could prescribe me a different kind of birth control cause the one I was taking was making me depressed all the time. Her response are you having thoughts of suicide?" I replied no. She said "oh

Having never had the chance to even meet my new doctor (my old one retired and my file was sent to this organization) I would rather not have a family doctor then deal with this place again. With my old doctor he'd write a prescription and I'd go get it filled, these clowns charge me to use some online man-in-the-middle service EVERY TIME I need to fill my prescription. You're going to be late for your appointment? well calling in to let them know I was put me on hold. The entire time it took me to drive tto the clinic I was on hold, I live in New Sudbury and the clinic is at the four corners I just hung up and walked in. They then said oh you're 20 minutes late we'll have to see if the doctor will still see you, 45 minutes later they tell me she doesn't have time.My old doctor would just have me wait longer by putting me a bit further down the list which was fair, his staff would also answer there God dam phone in a timely manner.I'm going to look elsewhere for my medical need's.Edit: forgot to mention they also didn't fill my prescription when they said they would after I paid the 20 bucks.Plus it seems to me most of the positive" reviews this place is getting read like cut and paste bots IMO."

I enjoy my physician but the clinic as a whole is poorly run, the phone is never answered it says press one for booking you listen to this long message and then get hung up on. This makes it very hard to get an appointment here. They also have a new service that sounds great until you learn you need to pay for each use or pay to subscribe to get prescriptions refills without an appointment

This is a good place to have your health check up. The atmosphere and the staff are good and helpful. The doctors are also good and helpful. The waiting room is good and arranged in a good manner. We have been using this facility for about four years. I am in my eighties.

It is hard to get through on the phone, long delays to get appointments, limited office hours. Had to make an appointment to make an appointment to get a pap test. I never talk to the doctor, always an assistant or nurse. I do not recommend this clinic or Dr. Peters.

Dr. Graff is right. Doctors do not get paid for prescription renewals; sick notes; forms etc. They do get paid if you get prescription renewal with visit. Approximately $21.70 for visit.OR, save yourself losing two hours at work and driving to appt. by paying $20.00 for prescription. And on top of office hours doctors have to review labs, make patient referrals to specialists, complete forms, hospital rounds, nursing home visits, house calls. Love my docs!

EDIT: Honestly this clinic is making me lose my mind. It's closed for phone calls at 2pm on a Friday?? Now I have to wait an entire weekend to contact them again, and have been dealing with this since Tuesday. Every time I call I have to waste 30 minutes on hold. I've had to ask them 4 times now to send my prescription to the pharmacy, and the pharmacy STILL doesn't have it. I had to pay them $23 for literally nothing, as I still don't have my medication in my hands.Trying to talk to someone on the phone is impossible and they don't take messages. To add, the next day: after finally getting through as caller #19, they told me I had to pay $23 to renew a prescription if I wasn't coming in for an appointment. Then they never sent it through to the pharmacy, and I have to call back again and wait on hold for 30+ minutes.
