I highly recommend EMC Property Management, Calgary if you are looking for a top to bottom service that puts the landlord and clients first. Having worked with Nathan at EMC, I can firmly say that the experience has been exactly what one would expect from a property management service. From finding tenants, to dealing with issues inside the unit EMC has been very professional. Emails were always answered promptly and with sufficient detail to avoid confusion. I always felt that Nathan and his team had my best interests at the forefront. Should I need property management services in the future, I will certainly re-connect with EMC.

EMC managed my 2 suites for over 6 years. They provided great service, always responded to me instantly, and provided great monthly financial summaries. They were very good at screening and picking out good renters, we had consistent long term trouble free renters which is often hard to find especially for a basement suite.I recommend EMC to anyone who is looking for property management services.

The team at EMC are very professional and have been in charge of my acreage for over 5 years, without any drama. They found great tenants and have been the primary contact to help sort out the occasional plumber or electrician. I was looking for my own place this past summer, and had been hoping to find something by the start of August, as I didn't want to find myself with only a two- or three-day window to move, unpack and get things set up before my classes began in the fall. Starting in early July, I went and viewed probably a dozen different apartments and suites, but didn't end up finding anything that ticked off most or all of the boxes on my list, so to speak.A few days into August, I noticed an online listing for an EMC-managed suite that was in a great location, within my budget, and looked nice and spacious based on the attached photos. I sent an inquiry email off and quickly received a note back stating that the suite wouldn't be available until the start of September, as the previous tenants had just moved out. I decided I might as well explain my predicament, thinking there was a chance they might be able to make it available halfway through the month if I was lucky, and was very pleased to find out that EMC would do their best to accommodate me if I wanted to rent the suite as soon as possible. After visiting the property in person a few days later, I filled out the paperwork, paid my deposit and was given the keys almost immediately. I really do appreciate how Andrew, my property manager, went out of his way to get the suite cleaned, prepared and transferred to me with very little notice.Since moving in, I've been very happy with the suite itself, and with EMC's management. They had their maintenance worker come and replace an old set of blinds shortly after I moved in, and he was friendly, professional and courteous. When the furnace required some maintenance recently, EMC hired competent professionals to come and take care of it. My old landlord was not particularly reliable when it came to dealing with repairs around the house, so this has been a very pleasant change of pace. I have no doubt that if I had a major issue that needed to be addressed right away, EMC would take care of it immediately.I would definitely recommend renting from EMC Property Management - my experience as a tenant of theirs has been great so far!

We used EMC management as tenants for three years, and this was not the first company we've gone with, and I can especially commend the attention, ability, and prompt response to regular events that occur when you lease; They even went above and beyond their job when I forgot to bring the house key from a trip, I called Andrew from the airport, and they were able to fit a lock with a duplicate key so I could get in when I got back from the airport at midnight. I can only thank these guys who know how to manage out-of-the-ordinary.
