Loved the posters and friendly service.Went with a friend and certainly went home with a full belly.Beer selection was great. Need to return to try some of the cocktails.

If I could rate my phone call with the manager Jose, it would be negative stars. Extremely unprofessional as a manager to raise your voice at a customer. EVERY single family birthday, we go to Mr. Mikes. So my birthday, I was looking forward to dining out at Mr. Mikes. Now I’m just annoyed at the manager because he’s already given me a bad taste for how this evenings dinner will go.I called tonight to book a table for 10-12, and he was very annoyed because he has a reservation for 30 people. Do I care? No. If you have the space, perfect. If not, tell me you won’t be able to book the reservation for that many people because it would be overbooking your family side. I’m perfectly fine with booking elsewhere if you didn’t have the space.Instead, he made me feel bad that we may be taking tables away from his other customers. I’ve had issues with the other manager/assistant manager before. But that phone call with Jose was extremely rude and unprofessional.I understand if it’s going to be busy. But you don’t need to raise your voice on the phone and get mad at a customer because maybe only 10/12 people show up. Okay fine, take the extra table. But there’s no need to be so rude about it, especially on my birthday.You’re really that concerned about 2 people that may or may not show up, that you have to raise your voice at a long time customer? I wouldn’t expect a manager to be so unprofessional. Literally all I wanted to do was book a reservation.

Great experience at the Mr Mike's in Slave Lake when I was visiting on business at the hospital. The waitress and bar staff were very nice. They even made me a special request drink of a crown float. It was perfect. The food was great as well. Definitely made it a great experience!

Our hockey team and parents (50 of us) stopped on our way to and from provincials. We pre ordered and they had us in and out within an hour. Excellent service and food.

I been coming home this location now for 6 yrs. It is so impressive to see how consistent they are with their service, kitchen and excellent food.The place is very clean, always has a good vibe and in the summer they have a great patio. Their personnel is always tentative and full of positive vibes. I highly recommend it if you are in Slave Lake area.#chicosreviews

We had a nice atmosphere and good experience at this location. Our steaks were not cooked as requested during a busy time at the restaurant however, the Manager Adriana-was very understanding, polite, courteous, and reasonable in resolving the issues. Thank you

Waited almost an hour for food. The bruscettia was not toasted like it should've been. The chicken quesadilla was good.

great steak, cooked perfectly. the service was stellar, very attentive. drinks are a touch expensive. I had 3 doubles n what's pictured and it was over 100$

Shouldn't have taken out the little walls between the booths! Waitress was too worried about getting a tip from a table of younger guys than to serve our food to us. It sat on the counter for awhile and was cold when we got it. They served my son OLD sour cream...to the point it was runny like water and tasted like Elmer's white glue. Will be a while before I spend money there again
