I completed a Drake P3 assessment, and found it extremely informative and helpful! Being made aware of my preferred learning methods, communication style, and leadership style has already assisted me in improving the way I interact with my team and in my current role in general. Vince was very friendly, helpful, professional, and communicative through the process. I definitely recommend using Drake for P3s or other recruiting services!

I don’t understand why most job seekers expect to be handed everything they’re looking for... This agency (Drake) asked me to come in and I know logically speaking I’m not getting what I want but instead Drake asked if I can be at these certain places for work. My answer was yes. Working the last five weeks consistently putting my foot through the door has now got me right where I’ve been wanting for 4 months. Drake is by far the most helpful as long as you make yourself known. Wheather it’s through work, calling in, or even just showing up each day for work. If you give positive attitude, over the top work ethic, show leadership, show how hungry you are for opportunities, prove it all through your actions. I’m sure after Drake will meet your expectations.To all the other negative review directing Drake as a terrible place. Maybe it’s just yourselves and your personalities getting the best of what could’ve been great for you. Oh and they’re also very diverse, so racism and singling out people based on race doesn’t happen. I’m sure if anyone who has what it takes to do the little work before they get the big deal will be more then satisfied with registering at Drake.

Drake International Representative did exactly what she said she would assist me with, get employment and it all fell to the time she said she would have an update for me! She also kept in contact while waiting to hear from the company that they were helping me get a job from. I am grateful!

When I applied at Drake, the staff was very friendly. It did take a couple of days to hear back. However, I was getting offered jobs from Drake.Unfortunately, I found employment full time and no longer needed their services. I am grateful for the help Drake offered. Its a good place to start your career

I have been registered with Drake for around 15 years. They really work hard to find assignments for you that fit your skill set. They also work with your schedule. If I am unable to work for a certain amount of time, I just let them know when I am available to work again and often, I have an assignment within 24 hours.

Waste of time, travel time getting there, parking, the whole thing. Just job search on your own. The recruitment guy was looking at my resume and asked me to explain gaps in it. I had to tell him there were none. How hard is it to look at dates and do VERY simple math. About half way through I realized he was an idiot and by the end I was convinced. I took my resume back and left.

Ella was wonderful. She greated me kindly and respectfully. Had a lengthy conversation on what I was looking for and where my skill sets lie. I was helped right away. They found a placement for me sooner than I thought they would. I am truly grateful for the opportunity.Thank you!
