My experience was a m a z i n g there ! I always experienced bad customer service with Fido before either on the phone or in store, but Hadi made the most out of it. He guided me through every step, made sure I could have the more discounts as possible so I can save more money and was really really kind and friendly. He LISTENS to your problem. If you wanna go there please do, they have amazing employees and you're not gonna regret it, you will assurely go out with more than what you asked for and it's worth it. THAT'S what I call a good customer experience.

I was having some issues with my account & every time I try to upgrade to a new phone for one of my lines , it was giving me a hard time on the app. So I decided to go downtown to the closest Fido which ( “I’m not going to name” ) and hope that they were going to help me, well foolish of me ( “ going back there a third time thinking that would help me “ ) which they didn’t & they end up sending me to a different Fido location , telling me that the order that I placed for my phone to pick up was at this location which is on Masson. So prior to going there I met ( Laeticia ), She was very helpful , she was very patient as well , she was very easy to talk to you and explain my situation . She even go into depth in having one on one conversation , and that really made me feel happy and it made me felt really relaxed and reassured that I can actually talk to a fido employee to help me resolve my issue. If you’re looking for a great service and an employee that will listen to all of your needs and make you happy when you are leaving. Amazing experience at the Fido store on Masson, especially from Laeticia. I came in to get some info about deals advertised by Fido and she was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure I really needed a new phone but her service made me move forward with it. She was super helpful, did not pressure in any way. The service was personalized, I felt well-supported and overall very happy with the experience!

Great service! I arrived right before closing hour, and still got free gbs for cheaper. Hadi and Ayman helped me get a repair retailer to fix my broken phone screen. Thanks a lot.

The service at this store is excellent. My phone crashed without any storage space, so its operation was chaotic (no access to whatsapp or to receive text messages). However, Hadi freed up the necessary space on my phone for it to work as before. His service was very professional and therefore I recommend him 100%
