What an amazing company to work with! We have worked with them for a couple of years now and they have always fulfilled our needs. The customer service team and sales manager are always available and friendly to answer our questions and give us suggestions to improve our products. They even provided us with courses to learn more about other profiles and materials we could use. The same way, the production is accurate and and well done, giving us really good quality materials for our sheds and studios. We are able to not only order their standard profiles and trims, but also to make custom orders to best fit our needs. Lastly, but not less important, their delivery crew is as responsible as the whole team. They are always on time with their estimate delivery dates, and always give us a heads up if anything changes. We are pleased to have them as a supplier and trust the quality of their services and products.

Good product but very poor service,I received the wrong model of steel and they offered me 200$ of compensation on an total bill of 13000$ !!Box of screws was missing on the receivingI just received the second set of capping for my garage door and it still scratched,dented and not the good lenghtVery disapointed from a canadian company

Just a great Canadian steel company! At my job I deal with Westman Steel on a weekly basis and it's always a pleasure. I was shocked to see some of the negative reviews on here??? Furthermore, this is one of the few companies-left that actually take care of their employees.

This is a bad location with a bad reputation!If your looking to order in big quantities I highly suggest avoiding this company unless you want to be from crooked people!

They lost my order and ship directly from the manufacturer but it apparently takes 2 week. Twice waited over a month to get some product.

Currently work here and all i can say is workers are treated with respect never rushed cause safety is there biggest concern which unlike most companys out there is a huge win win for workers these days. The pay to start is beyond fair and there extras are even better, from profit shares to benefits this place is 100% the place to be. Love working here and would love to make this be my life long job! (Also the people you work with just make your day so much better and easier, they are so helpful. It's almost like one big family with the co-workers! I would 100% reccomend this place if your looking for a good steady reliable job! And they are also very understanding if you need time off for things you need to do or for emergencys for yourself or family members.

I honestly couldn't ask for more helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is always someone available to answer my questions and help out with ordering correct accessories for the product I am ordering.Our sales rep is amazing, always takes the time to stop in and see if there is anything we need, and will take the time to speak with our contractors if they have questions.Very timely in getting orders to us! We almost always get product here within one week of ordering.Great pleasure doing business with them!

Awesome product. Weekly Delivery at our local Home Hardware. Product always packaged nicely for delivery. Great bang for your buck compared to some of their competitors!
