A Very nice clean store, I don't like that the fish department is closed at 6:00pm or earlier when you go, if the store is open the department should have someone there to get you the fresh fish you are looking for. Staff are very polite, helpful if you need it. Sometimes they have what's on sale other times they don't. I don't see to see as many sales there as I use to. It's a sin because it's a hard time for people right now and the CEO's certainly could use to take a cut back on their wages, in order to bring prices back to where they were. They sit in the offices and do what?

The young fella (probably16/17) that was working produce was so polite and helpful! I believe his name is William?! Anyways, he went out back on a hunt looking for garlic and ginger for me. He didn’t seem to mind doing it which was nice!

Decent prices on most veggies. Well mannered staff. Clean store with a decent enough atmosphere. Found the kale to be highly overpriced.

I have to say how pleased I am with Sobeys in Port Hawkesbury, it was very nice to see they are taking Dr. Strang's advice as they have a sign on both doors that recommend that you wear a mask and keep social distance. It was nice to see all staff wearing a mask.Thank you Sobeys for doing your best to make a person's shopping experience more comfortable and safer.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Heike in the Seafood Department. She is such a wonderful person to deal with. Always get my fresh mussels there and she is so considerate always making sure they won’t leak and always puts a bag of ice in them to keep them cool. Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the mussels are always great - especially today!

I like getting produce here that I don’t grow myself, especially in the off seasons. Also, the staff in the meat department are great and helpful. I really like that they rain cheque when the sale items run out. Helps to save money if the stock happens to run out.
