Famoso Pizzeria + Bar
Our first time to a Famoso and really enjoyed it. Service was exceptional! We had a Cesar salad with prosciutto, a 12” margarita pizza and the carmela’s tiramisu for dessert.Cesar’s and mimosas are $5 on Saturday - I like mine w/o salt.

We went here for lunch on a weekday and were greeted warmly by the staff. The service was attentive and the food was excellent. They even had dough balls to keep our toddler entertained. We'll definitely be coming back.

First time here and last time. Food took over 30 mins when it was dead on a friday night. Pasta chicken was so raw and no one came to check on us when we were looking around waving our hands to get someone’s attention.

My first time at the Heartland location and I LOVED IT!! I got the tomato soup and the traditional lasagna. The server was so kind and made an amazing mocktail for me as well! The place has a nice vibe to it and the owner Dean is very welcoming and kind!

Had a great lunch at Famoso, service was fast and the food was delicious! James was our waiter who was very friendly and attentive. Everything tasted as if it were cooked with the highest quality ingredients. Definitely coming here again!!

Famoso Pizzeria + Bar
I've been to the restaurant 4 times. The first 2 times was dinner time. It was perfect. However, the 2 lunch times were inconsistent. Once the pizza was too oily, the second time the pizza was delayed. People here are polite, which is a plus. However, is recommend working with afternoon staff to make it consistent.

Famoso Pizzeria + Bar
We've had takeout a couple times over the past few weeeks. The first time we hada couple pizza's. They were very good and the toppings were great. Such a good change from the usual. The crust was very nice. Since we were very happy with our pizza selections we opted for pastas this time and were not disappointed. The linguine rose with prawns was delicious and you can't go wrong with the linguine pomodoro and meatballs. Everything so far has had a great flavour at a fair value.

I’m not sure what all these bad reviews are all about, but as someone who frequents this location pretty much weekly since it’s opening in Mississauga (and before that the location on Bloor), I’ve never had an experience that didn’t exceed my expectations - even during restrictions. This is my fave pizza restaurant in Canada!!! The sauce is delicious, cooked to perfection, with the crust just a bit browned. The appys and drinks (including rotating beer tap) also leave nothing to be desired. Beyond the consistent high-quality pizza, best Caesar salad also! The staff, manager, and owner are extremely attentive, friendly, professional, and never have had to wait too long for a meal, even when the restaurant is full. If you’ve never had Neapolitan pizza, go here! And if you have, you won’t be disappointed. :)
