Wonderful job these fine ladies did for my 4.5yr old daughter. The attention to my little one was amazing and absolutely love the hair do they gave her. I highly recommend coming here. We will definitely be coming back.

An unprofessional behaviour canceling appointment just 20 min before time. Worst behaviour not sure where to go now on this Christmas Eve after taking and confirming appointment a month before in advance.

I met Camille for a consultation today and she was absolutely delightful! Her salon has such a warm, comfortable atmosphere. I was a bit nervous as it was my first visit but I was immediately put at ease when I started chatting with Camille. She went over my hair routine with me and recommended a few things I could try, at no charge at all. She was so kind and welcoming and I cannot wait to come in next time I need a trim or style!

It’s been 5 post-days since I had a silk press from this salon (second from here), and I am just so pleased with how my hair has settled!Moving from Toronto into Hamilton I was worried about having to transport back and forth when getting my hair done, until I was told about this salon as I was specifically looking for a silk press treatment (YEARS with extensions, I need a break).Upon entering in, immediately you can feel how inclusive and family like the atmosphere is!I noticed they use and have Design Essentials for sale, highly recommended product that I’ve heard all sorts of people talk about via blogs and videos.Very quick and efficient, the two stylist that seem to usually be there have HUGE amount of experience and knowledge of all hair types.They do both genders and all ages; especially Type 3 and 4 hairs. I’m sure their open to Type 1 and 2 as well!I’ve felt so encouraged to embrace my hairs natural beauty and not use a relaxer (even though I want to REAL bad).I love this place and look forward to returning for all my hair care and concerns!

A hair gem. My daughter got her hair pressed here for the first time last Friday and she loved it ! She said all the people she met we're kind. She was asked if she had a tender scalp so that the stylist could accommodate. And beyond that came out with a beautiful press and trim that made her glow. We were beyond pleased and will be going back !
