BLURY AND LATE - I needed a single photo to send with my son to school the next day and so I decided to try staples because they had a new photo service. I don’t like using Walmart because their photos are usually blurry - and though I love using costco Because the quality is fantastic, the wait time is not always ideal. I ordered the photos from staples and it said my ordered would be done by 6PM the latest. I still hadn’t received an email to say it was complete so I went in store to pick it up. It was not done and I was asked to wait another 10-15 minutes. I got my photo by 6:20PM. The photo was also completely BLURY. I’m just growing it in the garbage - it’s worse than Walmart kiosk quality. These are professional taken photos that I haven’t already had printed from costco with beautiful quality! So I know it is not because of my file quality.

This Staples lacks customer service, I tried printing at Purolator label and was unable, the first person told me to send to a email address which I did, then they tell me they don't print from that email, I contacted a manager (Maria) which she got me a different associate, which said I would have to rent a computer, log into my Amazon account (personal account info on public computer??) Contacted the head office which said if you sent to that email they would be able to print, some to browse another manager which she told me that it's not that they refuse to help its my lack of understanding of how it works, the other Staples was able to print my label and send package. I would recommend that this staff do more training on how to help customers so that they would be able to help instead of blaming customers, as retail should be customers oriented

I just love Staples.This place in particular has always had exceptional staff and an outstanding selection of quality items.

Do Not use their printing service, one of their manager will mass up your order and then using lies to cover their mistake.
