This timmies location is amazing and we'll designed, lots of parking easy drive thru. But always have to wait so long whether walk in or drive thru. 1 person only at front counter while others do delivery yet still takes long. But it's my closest timmies and also close to the brow to get coffee tea and go for a walk

Last night at 11:30 I gone in drive through and ordered two ice cap and croissant with butter, there was not even a single drop of butter and both the coffees were not at sweet and taste like sour. I complaint and he was like I am working since last year don’t teach me, I was like croissant is totally burnt, i cant eat it. He was like it comes like this only. How you can answer in such a way. This timhortons doesn’t have manager that what their employees were saying.

Putting a 3 star because I generally have a good experience... in the morning. Afternoon staff not so much. Customer service seriously lacking. Went there around 630pm in drive-thru, and the girls working were so engrossed in their conversation about tattooing wh*re" on their forearms that they couldn't be bothered to even look where they were handing the drinks off to

Best visit to Tim's ever! I dropped my phone while walking my dog this morning, and the stranger who found it met us at this Tim's to return it. He had to get off his bus to do so, so I gave him a lift to his destination from there. I didn't grab a coffee because i was frazzled, but he did and it looked like he enjoyed it. I tried to offer him a reward, but he wouldn't take it. On the drive downtown, he convinced me to buy a fanny pack to keep my phone safe on future walks. And if meeting a stranger who got off his bus to return your phone in a Tim Hortons parking lot, then ubering him to his destination isn't the most Canadian thing ever, I don't know what is.

Had a strangely negative experience with the drive-thru staff recently, who seemed intent upon creating an issue and having an argument. I would be willing to explain directly to the owner/manager if they care to reply. The end result was that she simply stared at me when I finally arrived at the window (Why it takes so long in line at the drive-thru is another topic...) not offering me the card machine, even though my card was purposely held up to facilitate a speedy and simple transaction, until I asked if she was going to provide it for me. When I got to my destination and gave my friend his coffee we found that it had been, purposely??, made incorrectly...unless adding 1 cream to a coffee was too complicated LOL. I think I'll choose to give my business to one of the independent businesses on the street from now on.

I do enjoy the coffee here but I had a bagel belt this morning and I was completely disgusted in the rotten lettuce that they heaped on top of it, someone needs to have more quality control on your food you are serving, next time hold off on lettuce please if it's rotten thanks!

Ordered a loaded steak wrap, and what they gave me was a child size—not even the size of my index finger. Very disappointed for the $9.00 they charged for this snack size.I’ve ordered it from other locations and they’ve always been MUCH larger.

A nice, clean Tim's. Gets busy in the morning, both in store and the drive through. Pretty empty the rest of the day. The staff are great; friendly and efficient.The small, tight parking lot seems to prove a challenge for some drivers.
