My experiences both times were very good. Once when I went to look at the mattress then a second time to actually purchase the mattress. The delivery was exceptional. The two gentlemen who came to deliver the mattress had the old one out and the new one out of the plastic and on the bed within about 5 minutes. Their delivery list was extensive.As for the new mattress; I haven't had a new one in so long I don't remember. This new one is exactly what I needed for my back and hips. I am more rested than ever.Thank you Sleep Country for a great experience!

We bought our current mattress from them. We original bought an Endy bed and it sucked, went here and they gave us a smoking deal on a bed. No regrets!

Purchasing a new mattress from Sleep Country was easy and so worth it. They have so many options to choose from; whether you’re looking for a foam or coil base. The staff was very helpful and friendly and were able to point me in the direction of which type of mattress I may like. Delivery was a couple days after purchase, and I’ve been sleeping great ever since.

I bought our King mattress here and it’s a garbage it’s not even anymore, always hurt our back when we wake because it’s not comfortable to sleep in and try to claim for warranty and they said it’s not covered just normal because we’re using!!! Don’t buy mattress here and don’t believe with the warranty they’re saying…

We really enjoyed our shopping experience at this sleep country location. We were given a lot of good information and advice for our purchase. I feel that our salesman did a great job and was friendly and informative without being the least bit pushy. I highly recommend dealing with this location. Where we were disappointed was in the delivery, the delivery team was friendly and on time. However we were told by our salesman that the king sized frame that we had would work with the motion platform that I bought for my side of the bed. The delivery guy said that it most certainly would not work and that we needed to go and purchase a single frame for my wife's side in order to have the motion side work. We were told (without actually being shown) that it would not work for sure ant that if I am a handy guy I could put the platform together once we got the right sized frame for my wife. I should have insisted on the delivery guys trying to put it together because it absolutely worked without needing a different frame. This left me frustrated and not happy with our delivery experience. It seemed as though the frame assembly was time consuming and that the delivery team did not take the time to do the job right. Having said that I would still recommend buying here, just be sure to make the delivery team do what they are supposed to do.

We bought the Sealy foam mattress and we loved the product, however we realized we wanted a larger size. We wanted to take advantage of the 100 days sleep guarantee so we went back within the time frame to exchange for the queen size. We were told we had to pay almost half of the mattress price for the size upgrade. We were quite disappointed that they did not honor the sale price.

Had a fabulous experience at Sleep Country with Peter, he made me feel very comfortable, was very well informed on all the products enabling me to make a sound confident decision on what mattress to pick and was very efficient finalizing the details. This store is very nice, if you need a new mattress I highly recommend Peter and Sleep Country, definitely the place to do it at! 5 Stars!
