We had a flood caused by another condominium unit 2 floors above us that caused major damage in our suite. Our new vinyl flooring was totally damaged and had to be removed. The baseboards were also disposed of. We had 14 fan blowers in our suite for 3 consecutive days to dry out the bottom of the drywall. There were several holes made to the lower walls to dry them quicker.It was a long process (6 weeks) to get all the repairs done including installing our new flooring that was covered by our home insurance.We would like to thank our Property Manager Manjinder Singhand our Property Administrator Kelly-Anne Best for all the help they provided. They were very understanding and respectful during this difficult time. We really appreciate how they handled our needs. We commend our Property Management for a job well done. It was very stressful on my wife and I. We managed to cope during the 6 weeks. All the repairs & new flooring have been completed.

I have been living at Discovery Buildings managed by this team for over 3 years now. I have consistently found the management to be friendly, responsive and always communicating promptly with any and all building information. The management team have always been available to take questions or concerns and act immediately with action or verbal recognition with a plan of action. I have had to move and use the building services on more than one occasion and the management team have always made each process as smooth as possible. I have experienced through my profession, the ups and downs of housing and management teams and i am very grateful to say that i think we have one of the best! I am acutely aware of the issues that arise for management teams of buildings this big and with this many tenants, however I can say with certainty that this team always does their due diligence and works hard to keep things running smoothly for everyone. I am very happy to live here with this team running a very smooth ship!

My experience with this management company has been far from satisfactory, with Jorge Melendez, the Condominium Manager. Despite receiving numerous complaints, his responses, or lack thereof, seem to suggest a disregard for the concerns raised, which is unfortunate given his secure position.A recent case in point is the failure of the building's air conditioning system since last Saturday. Occupants are dealing with heat and fumes containing benzene and formaldehyde, both potential carcinogens. Regrettably, the management team's response was inadequate and their updates lacked substance. They mentioned the need for a part to fix the issue, but twice the repair contractor arrived sans part. This issue persists today, leaving people suffering from headaches and shortness of breath as they endure the smoke in order to cool their rooms.Jorge's indifferent attitude is striking. When questioned on Monday for updates, his response was that he was not present over the weekend. This reflects not only a lack of professionalism but also the habitual indifference he exhibits towards his responsibilities.Moreover, his inefficiency was highlighted when the building's shared garage was power washed while he was on vacation. He failed to notify the people parking on the border, and for some reason, those border spots were also washed, resulting in dust entering the car engines and causing damage. His absence on vacation does not justify such oversights.Last winter, the building grappled with hot water issues for a long duration. Even though people lodged complaints directly with Jorge’s superior, we have yet to see any significant improvement. Just a few weeks ago, people were trapped in the garage due to his poorly executed initial notification during road paving. This is but one of many such examples.In summary, words fall short to express the depth of the grievances against Jorge and the company he represents. If possible, I strongly advise avoiding any dealings with him and this management company.

I am the Treasurer of TSCC 1626 and therefore spend a lot of time working with the other board members and the Property Manager responsible for our building. In addition I have been a resident of the building since it was built in 2004. While my wife and I always have enjoyed our condo and its amenities, it was not until I became a board member that I fully appreciated the work done by our Property Manager and the many skills necessary to keep us all happy: organizational skills, responsiveness, knowledge of the rules and laws, empathy with residents, and a great problem-solving capability. Our property manager possesses all these traits. Behind her at head office is a very capable team that are also very responsive and knowledgeable. I have no problem giving Crossbridge a five star rating.

My heart always has been to feel for workers who work hard for their salary. My experience, here, with our Condo Manager has always been very positive. There is not an issue she is not aware of that she can bring her expertise and bring to a resolution acceptable for me and the condo that has arisen in the past decade. Ms Zamira is professional to the end and always listening first and then brings her assistance. Thank you for your professionalism but mostly for your continued work ethic in all.Bruno A.

My husband and I are so lucky to live in Park Lake Residence for the last 7 years. We were so wary of moving from our home in the suburbs into a condo in Toronto but took a leap of faith after we both retired. We 100% made the right decision. The first person we met was our property manager, Zamira Salillari, who was so welcoming and treats this condominium complex like her own home. Crossbridge Property Management has the ideal ambassador for Park Lake and an exceptional employee in Zamira.My husband Bruce's review ...As a member of the Board for over 5 years, I can speak firsthand as to quality of this management company in Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd. Zamira ensures that all the important documents, regulations, schedules and processes are followed allowing the Board to focus on the planning, safety and financial health of the condominium corporation. The day-to-day management of the building runs like clockwork providing for a relaxed and comfortable environment for the residents.We cannot say enough good things about Zamira and Crossbridge and give both a 10-star rating.

I am a Resident of 30 Harrison Garden Blvd., I am not one to often write reviews but the changes I have seen over the last have been fantastic. I have been a resident of this building for close to 10 years, and I must say that the property management office has really turned things around. The changes they have made have made this a much more inclusive and respectful place to live. One of the most significant improvements has been the increased security measures. I feel much safer living here now, and I can see that the management team takes our safety seriously.Another positive change has been the improved communication from the management team. They are always available to answer questions and address concerns, and they are proactive about keeping us informed of any updates or changes that may affect us as residents.Overall, I am impressed with the improvements made by the property management office. They have created a much more welcoming and secure environment for all residents, and I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
