From our initial phone call to Westview Funeral Chapel upon my father's passing, my family felt compassion, empathy, and care from each and every person at Westview. Upon the death of a loved one,, you are in shock, and don't know what to do - Westview took care of everything for us in such a detailed manner, and made sure that my father was honoured in such a way that he would want. Westview was very detailed orientated - ensuring everything was just perfect to celebrate the life of my dear dad. My mom and I have had to go back quite often to pick up items or ask questions - and every time we go back to Westview, we are welcomed with the biggest open arms. Throughout out our immense grief, Westview felt like a warm blanket was being wrapped around my family and I - we cannot thank Jillian and Sherry-Lynn - and the rest of the amazing staff -enough for taking such care with our family and our dear husband and dad.With the Deepest Thank You and Gratitude, the Brown Family

We had a close friend pass away and while I understand that there are new processes required for COVID we received a invitation from the funeral home to GET EXCITED" to attend the funeral ( see Photo ) ! When you select the contact organizer you get an ad from eventbrite to "ask for a refund" or "Where are my tickets?"So it really makes me question w=how much "Care" is taken in the organizing of a funeral and now much attention is paid to any of the other details

While most of us wish to never have to deal with death, when it does happen, do not hesitate to have Westview be a part of it. From the start they helped our families through every step (even to not worry about shedding a tear with us). From writing the obituary with us, to guiding us with each step - whether legal documentation, or listening to the smallest request, they remembered everything for us so that we can focus on the grieving and not worry about the rest. Thank you.

The staff at Westview are exceptional (Mike, Heidi, Stephanie, Miranda). Westview has been nothing but professional, caring and helpful. With COVID things are challenging and they go out of their way to assist and work through the changes dictated by COVID. Thank you for all you have done for our family during this time of need.

Staff courteous, attentive to detail, prompt with follow up with family members. Very nice clean accessible venue. They looked after all the organization of the event. Excellent service. Thank you.

This company and those who work here are so incredibly compassionate and kind. It is their business to do so but they go beyond what is expected and really care about everyone who enters their facility. They work with you and offer only what you want, nothing more. At a time when you can't even manage breathing, they are there.

I just want to say thank you to westview for giving me such a peaceful experience when my mother passed. The funeral director Alannah was beyond amazing and I don’t have the words to express my appreciation for her during my tough times. I will forever have Alannah in my heart for all she has done for my family during this difficult time!

This funeral is top notch and everyone is friendly, helpful and compassionate. I would recommend this funeral to everyone! Words can’t explain how much they walked me through a process I never have done before.
