I've been a student at L'ecole Napoleon for almost three years. I really struggled during the first three months or so, but I was not discouraged, and the teachers were very helpful. I intend to continue my study there for many more years. Why? Good school and curriculum, with excellent teachers and methodology. And the classmates are wonderful too! I learn French as a foreign language"

I started taking individual classes with the school in 2016, and at the time didn't know any French. I was fortunate to come across their program that allowed me to build my French language and improve it without the need to be immersed in it abroad. The program is quite remarkable and where I started at 0"

Our daughter (Karesa's) French teacher is amazing. We tried other schools before finalizing on Ecole Napoleon. She has made visible progress and is always excited to attend the class. The best choice we made and we plan to continue here.

Ecole Napoléon
We are now mid-way through our second year at École Napoléon. I cannot say enough about how much I love this school. The program is challenging and it encourages pre-school children to learn curriculum concepts that I am certain I did not learn until at least grade 1 or 2. The french language instruction is second to none. The school has created a method of teaching french that produces outstanding results. There are no memorized sentences....this is true communication. I am in awe every time I listen to my son have conversations with his teachers. I also appreciate the meticulousness of the teaching. Details form the foundation of one`s ability to communicate with excellence in a new language. My son has been learning in a class of 4-5 children for the past year and one half. We are so fortunate be able to have this experience. He loves his school, his classmates and his teachers. He is absolutely thriving in this environment. In addition to my son, I have also been taking french classes at the school for the past 17 months. My son and I both have the same teachers, so I am in the unique position to be able to experience their teaching methods and philosophies first hand. My experience....positive, encouraging, caring, and firm. I feel that this combination is fantastic motivator. It offers a perfect blend of support, direction and expectation.Mrs. Gaston, I am sorry that you were so unhappy with your experience at École Napoléon. The important thing is that your family has found a place that you are comfortable with. When we first started exploring french schools for our son in December of 2012, Broadview was one of the places that we went to visit. Stress over comments made by the director there actually put me in the hospital with an anxiety attack that I thought was a heart attack. As a result, we would never allow our son to attend that school. My point.... chacun ses goûts.

Ecole Napoléon
Very impressed by École Napoléon in their education of my son. I was looking for a school type atmosphere not a day care for my son to learn french. Monsieur Guy is his favourite teacher at the school and I can see why, he is very patient with the kids and is genuinely concerned with their well being. Every once in a while I arrive a little early to pick my son up and listen in on the class and I am blown away by the fact he is able to communicate entirely in french.
